After having another company at least twice and they couldn’t find anything wrong, Tony came and diagnosed my ice maker in minutes. Ordered the part and fixed it. Months without water and ice ended when I called Mr Appliance.

John knew what he was doing and was very friendly. He correctly identified the above-range blower component that needed to be replaced. He correctly assessed that the electronics had soured after 16 years of use, not the fan motor or thermostat. This is our second time using this service, and we will do so again when the time comes.
