I hired Pete to install drywall after a bedroom renovation. I do my own home improvements but was in a hurry to get this project done. Pete and his crew completed the job quickly. He was punctual and courteous and he went out of his way to make sure the work area was clean and that I was happy with the end results before accepting final payment.

I would highly recommend B&D Construction. I live overseas, and Peter is extremely trustworthy and patient. He met every deadline, which is more than what I can say about other contracting companies. He provided his estimate in a timely fashion, took him a few days to complete the work, and even provided pictures of the finished product. After I hired my painter, even the painter stated that Peter and his company did a great job, and it was easy for them to paint over their work. I will definitely use this company again, and I would recommend them to other homeowners!

They did an excellent job. We furnished the paint and they furnished the primer. They were professional, courteous and cleaned up each day. They were prompt and worked all day. I made changes and they were very flexible with my requests. Excellent workers and I would use them again.

Excellent work - cannot see the seam between the old ceiling and the new section of drywall. Used the right amount of coatings and primer. Covered surfaces prior to working and cleaned up afterwards. A real professional.

Excellent from start to end. Pete was easy to schedule with, and showed up exactly on time, both for the estimate and the work. The work was performed efficiently & effectively, including painting and cleanup. The boundary between the patched portion of the ceiling and the original ceiling is absolutely invisible. It looks better than before the break took place. B&D Construction's written estimate was supplied prior to the work taking place. It was crystal clear, both in the 7-step work process description and the pricing section.

There were a total of 5 holes cut in our living room wall to do the tv mount & hide wires (done by a different service provider). Pete repaired the 5 holes, and repainted the wall. It looks great. You'd never know there were holes there. He was responsive via phone/email beforehand and came on a Saturday to get it done (which worked great for us, because we didn't have to go too long with holes in our living room wall.)

Exceptional work. Pete was fast and efficient, insuring that room was painted to same color and put back in proper order. Amazing professionalism.

Took me awhile to get around to writing this review, but I wanted to say Pete is a pleasure to work with. I am a DIYer and Pete and his crew did the structural work that I couldn't do and I'm concentrating on the finishing work. His communication is excellent and he is very professional. The new staircase he built for us is beautiful.

I found him on Angie's List. He was great. He did a very good job, and he was very reasonable. Other people told me it would cost $400 for the same work. He was very responsive.

Responded quickly to telephone call. Had basement family room remodeled after a sewage backup. Was able to work with our request. We believe that the requested drywall installation was subcontracted out to another company, called Berea Drywall. While the job completion was adequate, there are gaps in the ceiling dry wall and many rough areas in the bathroom and family room areas.
While construction was in progress, contractor cut the main water line with a saw and did not inform us until after we called them upon return from work to find the basement family room wet yet again.
While frustrated with this experience, I would give this contractor another chance, I would just be more insistent in my expectations.

Completely satisfied. I do my own home improvements and need contractor support from time to time; BD Construction provided this expertly and for a reasonable price.

Excellent job, quality work and great price

Pretty good. Overall I was satisfied. Pete worked with me to do only the work I wanted (since I wanted to do some of the project myself) and work with the space we had in the room. Pete found that my ceiling joist was not attached an spent a lot of extra time one saturday trying to fix it... he added a bit to the cost (expectedly) but didn't price gouge. Overall the project took a couple of days and came out good. I would use him again.

He was excellent. He was super easy to work with. He was always on time and here during the day without supervision, so I found him to be super trustworthy. He did all the work on schedule, on budget, and cleaned up afterwards.
