However, they have also no returned my phone call or the electric form that we filled out that yellow jackets are still at our house. How Unprofessional. "

"The provider set up treatment outside, but the customer has experienced respiratory issues since then and still has rodents and bugs. Despite instructions not to apply anything inside, chemicals appear to have seeped into the floorboards, worsening her health. The provider charged over $4k plus $185 every three months but did not install traps to catch rodents. The customer does not want them to return and reports the basement is in disarray, contributing to the ongoing issues."

"These guys were great. I had a bed bug infestation after traveling for work and I tried but couldn’t get rid of them. I found Vortex on the web after a friend recommended them as being less expensive, chemical free and fast. I have always been a believer in the old adage: Good, Fast, Cheap…pick two. Well tgese guys were great, they were fast, and they were less expensive than everyone else I called. I spoke to Tom on the phone and he was well informed and low pressure. Some of the other more famous brands were a little more focused on being able to upsell me and get me on a substitute than they were with fixing my problem. We Set up the appointment and they were there tge next day. Tom’s partner Rob came He was on time, polite and competent. He had tgis huge trailer which produced the heat and he ran hoses into my home and turned tge unit on and brought temperature in house way up. (Don’t leave out any chocolate, candles, or anything that can melt because they said the house got up to about 140 degrees or something like that. 5 or 6 hours after arriving, Rob was on his merry way and my problem was fixed in an an environmentally safe way. Bed bugs never showed up again. Thanks Rob and Tom! It was great to work witg you!!!!"

"Miche is great, until you actually have a problem. They serviced my house on a quarterly basis for approximately 3.5 years, and the technician basically said that everything was fine during each visit. Fast forward to when it becomes obvious there is a rodent problem, Miche promptly sends a technician out on two occasions. The technician identified potential points of entry on the first visit, all of which were present and visible during the past 3.5 years of service. The final visit, the technician was "stumped", so Miche recommended their pricey specialist service. A new Miche assessed my house for additional points of entry, all of which were visible with a naked eye, which their specialist would seal for a ridiculous price, which I agreed to. On the date of the service to seal the holes, the team arrived an hour past the latest window provided when the appointment was scheduled. There was no proactive notice from Miche to inform me that they were going to be so late. Once they arrived, it's clear that the guy that did the initial assessment either didn't convey his recommendations or the team was incapable of comprehending them. At every juncture, I had to continue to coax them to do certain things that the man that conducted the assessment recommended. For example, I was instructed to clean the closets out because they would check those two. I had to tell them to do the closets, and I asked about the bedrooms, which they seemed like they would have skipped over. I even had to ask about the roof, which the person who did the assessment specifically identified. One of the holes that they identified was under the sink, where I had previously been told that there was only a small hole and it had been stuffed. I asked about the spray they were using and how it differed from what I normally receive. The technician didn't even seem to know that I was an existing customer. He told me how it combats insects. It wasn't until I reminded him that I had a rodent issue, that he claimed it addressed that issue as well. Two days later, I saw droppings again. This experience felt predatory. I was charged an exorbitant rate for a poor job of identifying entry points, which for three years have been "invisible" to the team regularly serving my house. Several weeks later, my regular technician returned to assess the recent activity following the sealing. Once again, he was stumped and referred the matter to the matter for another team to investigate. My appointment was confirmed, I hired a plumber to move the dishwasher, arranged for a friend to meet them, since I was out of town, and Miche failed to show up or give me notice despite me reaching out about the appointment. I've recently started working with a new company, and they informed me that the outside bait boxes hadn't been refreshed in a long while despite Miche saying that they recently added new bait."
