They called back in a little over a day and scheduled a repair at our convenience. Joe, a long time employee, very courteous, professional, and respectful, arrived on the job. He had reviewed our prior project and knew the property well. And it was a window well drain that had clogged. Luckily, it was easily unclogged and the problem was completely solved. We have always been pleased with the work and response of this locally owned business."

He patiently and methodically examined all the potential sources of water entry while keeping suggested repairs to a minimum. He discovered that the cause was a back yard drainage problem together with a failing internal foundation drainage system and drew up a price quote with detailed diagrams for a plan to remedy the situation. The crew started immediately, keeping within the scope of work and cost outlined in the price quote. They installed a back yard drainage system to control storm water and replaced the blocked portion of the foundation drainage system. They were very professional and quickly but carefully completed the work, leaving the site spotless. Since then the basement has remained dry during numerous heavy rain falls, even during the rapid snow melt with rain that occurred this past January. I would definitely recommend Archer Contractors for any yard drainage or basement waterproofing issues. Not only was the work done properly, but Dan was careful to suggest only necessary repairs to keep the cost to a minimum."

They cleaned all of the work area and dried all of the water on the floor. My home was well protected from all work generated dirt and refuse. I am very impressed and I give them my highest recommendation. I would definitely hire this company again. The workmen did a very nice job making a level walkway to my backyard and gazebo and installed a nice little patio out side the gazebo. My walkway leading to my front door needed to be level and they were able to make it look like new. The workmen were pleasant and eager to please and I especially appreciated how nice they cleaned up the work area at the end of each day.
