The inspector (Robert) seemed professional and the result and recommendation from the inspection sounded reasonable including the price. We would love to hire them, but there is another issue in the basement that needs to be done before their waterproofing service, and their service would not take care of it. We would recommend them to our friends if it is not like our case."

Paid the extra bucks for emergency service, because of our smallish waterfall, looking leak, sprouting from a bathroom pipe, enough to puddle water onto our basement/laundry room floor. Initially, spoke to Chris, who was pleasant and upfront with the per hour fees, for emergency services. He sent us Tim, who was hesitant at first, due to the location of the leak, but his experience and knowledge, enabled him to decipher the location of our leak and fix it. A quick trip to Lowes, where he promptly returned and in 90 minutes, the job was done. A week later and the valve is bone dry. Yay!!!"

"We got 5 estimates from companies regarding a leak in our office and adjoining storage unit. This was the only company that accurately pinpointed the problem , which was a leak coming from gaps surrounding our electrical conduit pipe. Other companies had quoted us 6400$ to dig up the front yard and redo everything from the outside. Others wanted to dig up the inside. I’m so glad Mike explained everything to me clearly- and it all came down to common sense. These guys found the exact spot where the leak was coming from, and knew how to fix it. He also suggested replacing our sump pump because it was the original, and mud was starting to back up. He suggested we do this as it would be tragic to fix one problem and have another occur (and subsequent flooding) that could have been prevented. There was a minor connectivity issue with the sump pump a couple weeks later but I called at 9 am, the man who took the call put it in as an emergency because of some water splashing out and the problem was fixed by 11 the same day. "Sean is great. He inspected the basement then clearly described how the work would be done. His crew arrived on time and completed the job in the amount of time Sean told me. His crew was very friendly and efficient. They respected my property (nothing broken or damaged). The work done was neat and they cleaned up after themselves. They positioned the drain pipes to drain in a a part of the backyard that would not be seen (unlike another company that wanted to put a 6 foot pipe sticking out in the front yard). If I've forgotten anything, just know that the whole experience was painless and very reasonable priced!"

He is personable, patient, explains everything clearly, is prompt, responsive, reasonably priced, sensitive to budget, creative coming up with solutions for unique situations, and flexible on scheduling and on changes that may come up during the job. He also reset our fence post that had been rising due to the poor drainage and installed a downspout drain under the reset driveway with a pop-up drain on the other side instead of having the downspout pour directly onto the pavers, which also may have led to our previous problems. And he was creative in redistributing our oil-stained pavers in a random pattern so they wouldn't be as noticeable. Great job."
