Called Heil plumbing and they sent Dave on short notice. Dave arrived on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the issue and provided an inexpensive solution that did not require cutting into drywall. Dave quickly made the repair and installed the toilet. "Called Clayton at Aqueduct about mid-morning. At first call went to his VM and I hung up to try later. Clayton called my number back within minutes. I explained my toilet drain issues. He said he could be out about 3-5 same day. He asked if I could text my info to his cell phone number. Clayton texted me about 2:30 that he was on his way. He cleared drain from the cleanout for the MB toilet to pipe feeding main to septic. I realized main hall bath was also clogged. We have someone that uses way too much toilet paper and often! He was able to clear that drain. I would definitely use Clayton's Aqueduct Plumbing services in the future. He is professional, courteous and lets you know exactly when he's coming."

"I contacted Rema on Saturday. He got back and came on the next day. He removed his shoes. He installed a new flush valve that I supplied. He had to replace the existing fill valve. The existing fill valve would not fit the new flush valve. He clean up and there were no problems. It worked fine."

Later they called back and said that they could not make it that day. After begging and pleading and explaining my plight they said they would indeed come out that day. They arrive and were the most professional plumbers that I have ever seen. They made quick work of the blockage in the sewer line, cleaned up the area and were gone in short order. The cost was about half of what I expected to pay. I am thrilled that I have a new plumber."
