As the brother, he explained everything in detail and did the job carefully. There was a little communication problem at the beginning. I called in for a toilet replacement two days earlier and instructed them to come with a specific toilet that I want from Home Depot. I texted the dispatcher the screen shot of the product from Home Depot's website and got her to confirm the job. But the plumber apparently did not get the information so he had to go out to get the toilet which added an extra hour to the job. But overall I like this company. It's small the job quality is consistent. The price is also reasonable. Will hire again for sure."

"After bathroom remodel, it was determined the new tile was raised beyond the limit of the existing flange and the new toilet could not be installed as is. Called Heil plumbing and they sent Dave on short notice. Dave arrived on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the issue and provided an inexpensive solution that did not require cutting into drywall. Dave quickly made the repair and installed the toilet. "Called Clayton at Aqueduct about mid-morning. At first call went to his VM and I hung up to try later. Clayton called my number back within minutes. I explained my toilet drain issues. He said he could be out about 3-5 same day. He asked if I could text my info to his cell phone number. Clayton texted me about 2:30 that he was on his way. He cleared drain from the cleanout for the MB toilet to pipe feeding main to septic. I realized main hall bath was also clogged. We have someone that uses way too much toilet paper and often! He was able to clear that drain. I would definitely use Clayton's Aqueduct Plumbing services in the future. He is professional, courteous and lets you know exactly when he's coming."

Later they called back and said that they could not make it that day. After begging and pleading and explaining my plight they said they would indeed come out that day. They arrive and were the most professional plumbers that I have ever seen. They made quick work of the blockage in the sewer line, cleaned up the area and were gone in short order. The cost was about half of what I expected to pay. I am thrilled that I have a new plumber."
