"I called Day & Night Plumber again because I had a good experience with their plumber Lal last time. His brother Saul(?) came this time to replace the toilet. As the brother, he explained everything in detail and did the job carefully. There was a little communication problem at the beginning. "Called Clayton at Aqueduct about mid-morning. At first call went to his VM and I hung up to try later. Clayton called my number back within minutes. I explained my toilet drain issues. Kevin, the plumber showed up on time.  Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and cleaned everything up at the end. He even took care of a few more issues that the original plumber was reluctant to address. Kevin was here for about an hour and my bill came to $251. $1,000 less than the Michael and Sons estimate.
I had an issue the following weekend with the trap underneath the bathroom sink. Bernie, the owner came out within an hour of my phone call and fixed the problem.
