In desperation we looked up on Angie’s List and found Ehrhardt Brothers Quality Plumbing. They had all of their crews out working and thought that they could get someone out by late evening. Later they called back and said that they could not make it that day. After begging and pleading and explaining my plight they said they would indeed come out that day. "Called Clayton at Aqueduct about mid-morning. At first call went to his VM and I hung up to try later. Clayton called my number back within minutes. I explained my toilet drain issues. He said he could be out about 3-5 same day. He asked if I could text my info to his cell phone number. Clayton texted me about 2:30 that he was on his way. He cleared drain from the cleanout for the MB toilet to pipe feeding main to septic. I realized main hall bath was also clogged. We have someone that uses way too much toilet paper and often! Kevin, the plumber showed up on time.  Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and cleaned everything up at the end. He even took care of a few more issues that the original plumber was reluctant to address. Kevin was here for about an hour and my bill came to $251. $1,000 less than the Michael and Sons estimate.
I had an issue the following weekend with the trap underneath the bathroom sink. Bernie, the owner came out within an hour of my phone call and fixed the problem.
