"Very kind and competent. Happy to give my money to a family business instead of one of the plumbing giants. As far as pricing, I had a utility sink faucet and drain replaced, and two shut-off valves and a hose bib installed, and was charged $2,500."

"Brian, the owner, did a great job installing a new kitchen sink and faucet for me. I have also hired him in the past 3 years to install a new water heater and also a sump pump. Each time has done a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I strongly recommend hiring Modern Plumbing."

"Remi did a nice job getting our bath tub to drain again faster, and he also fixed our basement sink. He did both for a very reasonable price. He also arrived before his expected time—I was the one late, so he patiently waited for me! We had worked with our home warranty service for a similar problem a year ago, and the price was much more expensive."

"Some other reviews remarked that this company might be a bit on the pricey side, but one gets what one pays for. We hired Mr. Rooter to unclog a pedestal sink in a tight bathroom. The tech, Dillon, came out to provide an estimate yesterday afternoon (both verbal and in writing), and returned today to complete the work. He was impeccably professional, very competent, and efficient. He had to replace the old zinc p-trap and snake the line, but not only has the clog now been eradicated, but also the sink has been future-proofed with a new PVC pipe. Dillon left the area clean, and his estimate about the job taking about an hour was bang on. He also provided us with a bottle of preventative biodegradable solution to stave off the chance of future clogs. We would certainly hire Mr. Rooter again if necessary, and definitely recommend the company to others."

"Derrick was so helpful! He identified and repaired a leak for us, replacing our water filtration system under the kitchen sink. He was persistent and professional. I would absolutely hire him again."
