"I hate to write reviews unless they are glowing. But I hired this company because they could come out sooner than the others. However, the other companies were giving me quotes and this company would not until they got here. It was to replace my kitchen faucet. The plumber did not realize there was a tightening screw to hold it to the sink, and scratched up my sink thinking it was glued on. Also, as a side note, I asked him to check a toilet that was running slow. He changed out the back flapper unit (not even the entire unit) and charged a crazy amount. I have changed those out myself, but he had done the work before I realized it. And it did not even help the issue. Turns out I need a new toilet because something is jammed in the old one. I have hired Horizon to do that work. I just think it's worth while to push for a quote BEFORE they show up- at least for simple things like this. more complicated issue, I can understand it would be more difficult to quote unseen."

"I called Day & Night Plumber again because I had a good experience with their plumber Lal last time. His brother Saul(?) came this time to replace the toilet. As the brother, he explained everything in detail and did the job carefully. There was a little communication problem at the beginning. I called in for a toilet replacement two days earlier and instructed them to come with a specific toilet that I want from Home Depot. I texted the dispatcher the screen shot of the product from Home Depot's website and got her to confirm the job. But the plumber apparently did not get the information so he had to go out to get the toilet which added an extra hour to the job. But overall I like this company. It's small the job quality is consistent. The price is also reasonable. Will hire again for sure."

In desperation we looked up on Angie’s List and found Ehrhardt Brothers Quality Plumbing. They had all of their crews out working and thought that they could get someone out by late evening. Later they called back and said that they could not make it that day. After begging and pleading and explaining my plight they said they would indeed come out that day. They arrive and were the most professional plumbers that I have ever seen. They made quick work of the blockage in the sewer line, cleaned up the area and were gone in short order. The cost was about half of what I expected to pay. I am thrilled that I have a new plumber."

"Called Clayton at Aqueduct about mid-morning. At first call went to his VM and I hung up to try later. Clayton called my number back within minutes. I explained my toilet drain issues. He said he could be out about 3-5 same day. He asked if I could text my info to his cell phone number. Clayton texted me about 2:30 that he was on his way. He cleared drain from the cleanout for the MB toilet to pipe feeding main to septic. I realized main hall bath was also clogged. We have someone that uses way too much toilet paper and often!
