The patio had been neglected for a number of years but the Ferney's work not refreshed but enhanced to look of the area making a much more pleasant place to sit outside. "Mr. Nesbitt was pleasant to work with and did excellent work. The house painting turned out beautiful, the front of the house looks totally refreshed. He paid great attention to detail! He also installed closet doors that look great. He was able to work around our schedule to finish both the inside work and outside work in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend him as a handyman and would hire him again."

"We called and got an estimate within 24 hours. The workers arrived punctually on the day of the appointment for the work and started where we asked them. One fixed the roof while the other prepped the house for the wash. Five hours later they had finished the pressurewashing and cleaned up to leave.
The house looks great. The roof is fixed. None of the many plants which surround my house were injured. The last pressurewashing contractor I hired spent two days and destroyed some of my gardens.
We are definitely calling Vazquez and Sons again when we need more work.
