From the design to the beautifully finished unique yard, the service was `best of the best'. Donna worked with me to pick the best plants for my needs, and the installation crew deserves more kudos than I can write here. Their price was about midway of the 3 quotes I got, but I picked them mostly for their attention to detail in the planning, and their reputation with people I actually know, (not just reviews). They do have a one year 100% replacement warranty on plants they install, so that part of the Angie's List description is incorrect.

Everything went well. Their people are very helpful and knowledgeable. I always recommend them to friends.

The drawing and design were very good.  Their punctuality and communication were good.  I worked with the designer before and she had done another garden for me.  They have good customer service.  They are punctual and they show up on time.  They have things ready when they say it’s going to be.  I have nothing to compare their price to.

It is always an amazing experience there. We go there at least twice each year to add to our landscape!

We visited Sun Nurseries expecting to pick out trees for our rear property line. After speaking with one of their professional landscape designers, we decided to have Sun Nurseries provide and plant the trees. They also did a small bed of other bushes.
The designer visited our home and property to make sure we were provided with the best possible choice. She was very professional and helpful.
The installers arrived as scheduled and on time. They worked in the rain to plant all the trees and bushes we had purchased.
We are very pleased with the results.

Edgar call before he left and told us his approximate arrival time. He spent a half hour of consultation time with us as we toured our yard. His landscaping advice was practical and helpful.

The Nursery is one of the largest I've visited. I was looking for particular plants and trees like Dee Runk Boxwoods and a couple of unusual trees, which were not available at the other 7 nurseries I had called. Sun Nursery had them and they were in excellent condition. Their prices are higher than the nursery I generally use, but they have a much larger selection, and the people there are very helpful. The place is so big that they actually give you a walking map to navigate the sections. This is a must-do trip for all gardeners within driving distance.

I was happy with the service. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful in terms of finding the bushes. Couple of bushes were not in a good condition, but they fully warranted everything. They had a good price and the collection was good.

The very patient and informed staff helped me to determine the proper tree for my front yard I needed to block an unfriendly street light. I am picky so this was a chore but I walked away VERY satisfied with my/our selection and will be very happy to have this beautiful tree as a welcoming introduction to my home. The price was right and the professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend Sun Nurseries!

The customer service was very good. They seemed knowledgeable.

The person who answered our questions for what plants would be best suited for the side of our porch was knowledgeable and really worked hard to ensure to provide us with all the options possible. He did not push for expensive plants and even suggested to buy smaller plants that were cheaper. Other staffs were able to answer our questions for specific plants. Everyone knows all the plants and their care. They have a large variety of plants and all prices.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable. I dealt with a manager due to the large quantity of specialty mulch we were purchasing. They were timely and extremely helpful!!

Everybody who did the work knew exactly what they were doing, and they followed the design exactly. I went there, and I picked out the shrubs that I wanted. They exactly brought the flowers and shrubs that I picked. They also brought all the equipment for landscaping. They had with them all very good quality merchandise. The people there were very knowledgeable to what they were doing. They were on time, and they were neat. They cleaned up after themselves. They also did our nursery. This huge company is family-owned. They grow their own plants right in the ground which make them ideal. Everybody that works there knows what they are talking about. They all got some kind of background in gardening, shrub or landscaping. I tell everybody to go there. They grow their plants in their ground so ou can go up there and pick a tree that is in the ground and have it delivered. It is really nice.

Everything from the initial contact to the onsite design/measurement meeting to the final design plan review and tour through the nursery to view all selected plantings went very well. The only concern was some delay in receipt of the plan that then bumped up against the holidays' preparations and events, resulting in postponement of any actual landscaping until 2013.
