Gabriel and a helper arrived on time, sorted out contents of shed for recycling and possible re-use, and systematically demolished it, moving it piece by piece to the truck. It was a substantial wooden shed with a shingle roof. The project took several hours. The site was left very clean, with all fragments of shingle raked together and carefully removed. It was a very professional job.

Gabriel, who had done work for us before, came out and created an estimate and  very detailed list of tasks to do to get the home in its best shape for sale.  The work was performed perfectly.  We had so much debris that he had to return with a larger truck to haul it (at no charge).  I would certainly recommend his services.

He was very professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Great company, great job.

The entire job went absolutely splendidly. We were cleaning out of our basement years of miscellaneous junk, furniture, books, magazines and such, all intermingled with valuable items from ancestors. Gabriel arrived on time and was personally present for longer than I expected.  He offered extremely helpful general and specific advice beyond what I imagined would normally be called for. Equally important, he arrived, picked up and carted the dumpster off on time only a few days later, so there was very little time for "volunteer" additions from others. He demonstrated expertise and familiarity with his equipment, and to save us time and effort went so far as to ask in advance for a photo of the access, so he could be sure his dumpster and trailer would fit and fit our needs. He and his efforts were far better and more than we expected, and we could not be more pleased in every respect. We give him the highest possible marks in every category, and would (and probably will) gladly use him again.

Very professional, very well spoken and polite men performed the work and left my yard looking better than it had for a while.

The job and the clean up were done right. Gabriel has a green thumb and a holistic understanding of horticulture and landscaping. I was very pleased and plan on using him again. 

I called for help - found him on Angie's List.  He came and met my son and they got the debris out.  The fireplace didn't fit through the door, so they worked on it for a bit - couldn't get it apart.  So, my son kept working on it and evenutally got it taken apart.  Gabriel came BACK another day to remove it all.   Appreciate the second trip and hard work!

Mr. Bandele personally came to do the estimate the day after the call.  The property belongs to my 84 year old mother and I wanted her to be involved and comfortable but she sometimes has trouble communicating. Mr. Bandele did a very nice job on the clean up. The overgrown trees and shrubs were trimmed and shaped and the property looked much better without having to relandscape it all. When my mother had concerns, he listened and responded appropriately.He also did a great job communicating in writting, over the phone and in person with both me and my mother. He was knowledgable about the plants and how best to preserve or replace them. I would definately recommend him.

Gabriele and crew arrived according to agreement.  There were the proper numbers of helpers and equipment to complete the job.  The wall was demolished and the dirt removed.  I was told the job would be two days but the crew of New Life Contracting Services was so efficient with their time, they had the job completed and the site cleaned way ahead of time.  They took proper care of not only my property but the property of my neighbors.  They were great!  I enjoyed the professionalism of the entire team, courteous and polite.

Gabriel was very well organized and had a systematic way of segregating the various items into relevant piles, always consulting me as we worked.The result was very satisfactory. We were well prepared for the garage sale, and we got rid of a lot of stuff that we didn't want to take with us on an impending move.
At the end of the day he took the unwanted items to the dump.
Throughout the day he made useful suggestions and also helped us to get ready for the garage sale the next day.
I have used Gabriel Bandele in the past for various projects that involved a knowledg of plants, trees and general landscaping, and this hauling project was done as something of a favor to me. He can do hauling, but he has a capability that extends well beyound the requirements of junk hauling.
I would certainly call upon him again if the need arises.

I called Gabriel in early April to request an estimate for basic landscaping involving pruning, weeding, planting, and mulching. Within a few days, Gabriel stopped by our house and provided an estimate for the work. We then had a phone discussion about the work and agreed to a price and the scope of the work. Gabriel emailed me the details regarding the proposed work, and we set a date for the work to be done. Gabriel and his crew came on the appointed day and completed the work. When I came home and noticed a few additional items that needed to be done, I called Gabriel, and he and his crew came back the next day to take care of them. I'm highly satisfied with the work and look forward to working with Gabriel and his team in the future.

It has been a while since I have used this service, but I have used New Life many times in the past for yard and lawn service, tree service, and basement clean-out service. 

Mr. Bandele is professional, fair, and very meticulous. He comes at the appointed time, works according to the contracted schedule and within the established budget, and leaves everything neat and clean. I've never had a problem with him or his work.

I have been in communication with Mr. Bandele about this job for some time so he knew exactly what had to be done. Weather and individual scheduling problems delayed the start of the job, but when all circumstances cooperated the work was scheduled for a Saturday.  Mr. Bandele and a two man crew arrived at about 9:30 am and worked steadily until about 3:30 or 4:00 pm. When the work was completed he and I did a walk through. I found the tasks were carried out very well and I signed off on the job as completed very satisfactorily. We discussed his return in the spring to carry out some additional improvements.
I have been working with Mr. Bandele for several years, and we have a very good mutual understanding of what I want to accomplish with his help. I will call upon him again.

 Our back yard is surrounded by a high (7') brick wall and is accessible only through the house or a 35" door from the garage to the back yard, which is on two levels. The tree was showing signs of rot near the base and posed a danger to the house should it fall down.
Mr. Bandele carefully examined the tree and assessed its potential for surviving for several years. He advised removing it.
I asked him to give me a proposal for its removal which he did. I did my own estimate of what it might cost, and my estimate and his quote agreed very closely. 
We set a date for the work, but had to move it one day because of the possibility of rain. He and a well equipped crew arrived at about 9:00 am and began work. For this job he decided to act as general contractor and brought in an other firm which had the large and expensive equipment required to do the work. Never the less, he paid close attention to exactly how the work was being carried out and instructed the sub contractor  on several matters which he felt were important.
The tree was taken down very carefully, a large self powered stump grinder was taken through the garage and down to the tree site with no damage to any plants that lined the walkway. Mr Bandele was very explicit on that  "muy importante!". The stump was reduced to small chips and the large roots that protruded above ground level were also chipped out. Except for the chips which we agreed should not be removed but composted on site, all debris was removed from out yard and driveway which was left broom clean.
The work was completed by about 4:30 pm, earlier than he estimated. Because of that even though I had signed an agreement on the total cost of the job, he offered to give me a partial refund. Because I expect to use him again in the future, and because his quote was very close to my own estimate, I thanked him but declined to accept his offer.

It went great.  New Life was available the same day I called and arrived at the appointed time. The price was excellent and the job was completed quickly. They were very easy to work with and I highly recommend them.

He was easy to get in touch with and arrange a day and time.  Over the phone he also gave a range of how much the project could cost (sight unseen).  When he arrived he gave the price before he began and the price was agreeable so he took half up front and the rest after the job was complete. It took about 1/2 hour to complete the job.  Gabriel was also extremely knowledgeable about landscaping and trees.  He gave me some great suggestions. Would definitely use him for more projects.

It went very well.  Mr. Bandele and his workers arrived,met with me and went to work promptly.  After they finished; he asked me to walk around with him to inspect and approve their work.  I was very pleased with the entire results.

Gabriel and his team did an outstanding job, as usual.  When we first moved into our house last fall, our front and back yards were overrun with weeds and just generally looking jungle-like.  Gabriel and his team spent hours and hours getting the yards under control, including pruning everything by hand, laying down fresh sod in the front yard, doing extensive weeding, planting new trees etc.  His work lasted through the fall and winter and into the spring--- our yards looked well under control for a long time without too much maintenance effort on our part.  

We hired Gabriel and his team again at the end of the spring to help maintain the excellent foundation they laid for us the previous fall.  After discussing what we would like to have done and price, Gabriel and his team came to the house to do the job when they said they would and also completed it on time.  They did a magnificent job.  Our yards look fantastic.  Gabriel also provided extensive explanation of the work he and his team completed and also provided many tips for maintenance.  We will certainly hire Gabriel and his team again when we need additional follow-up.  He is very professional and takes great pride in his work, which is nice to see.

I would definitely recommend Gabriel and his company.  

The guy who came out was really nice, very professional and knowledgeable. His assistant did a really good job of removing the leaves. They used rakes and not a leaf blower. I don’t remember the price.

The owner of the company, Gabriel Bandele, was on site at all times, and kept a tight rein on the three or four employees working with him.  They were all polite, quiet, and ready to make a correction if something was incorrect.  Gabriel thinks of himself -- and is -- an artist of landscaping.  When pruning the trees in front of the house, he kept crossing the street to see how the house was "being framed", and it worked -- it looks great. Several times he asked me to look at views of work he had done, and they were universally attractive. The two weeks between the time he gave us the estimate and went to work was very rainy, and the weeds had multiplied.  As a result, he said that he was going to have to spend more time than he had planned, and asked me to sign the contract saying that we would pay him several hundred dollars more than originally stated. I understood the problem, and did so, but told him that this was not a good practice.  As an artist, he has the temperament of an artist, but was always aware that it was MY wishes which were to be followed.  He made many good suggestions, and had good scientific reasons for his suggestions.   He was somewhat expensive, but very nice to work with, and I would recommend him and hire him again.  Unfortunately, I was not available for a proper walk-through when he finished, but I am happy with ..the result.  He cleaned up thoroughly before finishing
