He was very pleasant, professional and knowledgable however he did not have the equipment necessary to clear my clogged drain. His longest snake was 50' long and the clog was more than 50' from the snake's entry point into the drain system. He initially tried to clear the drain with his 25' snake and when that did not work he used his 50' snake. When that did not work he called a colleague with another company and asked him to come out the next day. Star Plumbing did not accept any money for his attempt to clear the clog. The colleague he called arrived the next day at the time agreed upon and was able to clear the clogged drain."
