"The team was very professional, taking 2 days to complete the installation.  The digging was very well done, hopefully not causing any major grass issues (will only know over time).  The only compliant I have would be the accidental cutting of my Verizon line...and of course the team didn't do it on purpose and were visibly upset about the issue but a little more care could have been taken in that area.  However, I'd still work with them in the future.

"All Aspects Waterproofing installed a French Drain and new sump pump in my basement. The project also required adding a curb to the foundation. From the estimate to project close out, all of the employees were great to deal with - very responsive to emails and calls with questions and pro-actively called me to keep me up to date throughout the process of getting the permits and inspections, coordinating with my plumber who took out and installed new hot water heater, and coordinating with my own schedule. All of the workers who came and did the hard work were great - they worked very clean and went above and beyond helping remove items I needed to have out of the way for their work and left my basement and yard (where they needed to do some of the prep like making concrete) spotless. He patiently and methodically examined all the potential sources of water entry while keeping suggested repairs to a minimum. He discovered that the cause was a back yard drainage problem together with a failing internal foundation drainage system and drew up a price quote with detailed diagrams for a plan to remedy the situation. The crew started immediately, keeping within the scope of work and cost outlined in the price quote. They installed a back yard drainage system to control storm water and replaced the blocked portion of the foundation drainage system. They were very professional and quickly but carefully completed the work, leaving the site spotless. Since then the basement has remained dry during numerous heavy rain falls, even during the rapid snow melt with rain that occurred this past January. I would definitely recommend Archer Contractors for any yard drainage or basement waterproofing issues.
