"Communication was great, service was awesome and price was right. After receiving 3 quotes from family owned shops as well as big companies my wife and I were blown away by the options and quality Total Flooring offered. Day of install they were punctual, clean and efficient. Since we have a little one we were worried that there would be a lot of dust from ripping up an old carpet and installing a new one but it was all kept to a minimum. I would highly recommend"

"This a great company. I think they called the same day that I contacted Angie’s List looking for area rug cleaning. My contact was Christina, who was very helpful and just all-around nice throughout the whole process. We set up an appointment date and time, and I was sent email and text reminders so I knew exactly when the technician, Dave, would arrive. Dave was great too. He cleaned the area rug in our condo with minimum disruption. Our condo is pretty far from the parking area and he had a hose that made it inside. Dave is also very nice, so nice the we requested him for another carpet cleaning a week or so later. Both carpets were thoroughly cleaned. I believe the pricing was fair and competitive with other companies doing this kind of work. Next month I will be calling them again for duct cleaning."

"I couldn't be happier with the carpet cleaning service! The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and did an amazing job bringing our carpets back to life. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work. "They were team players, each one knew how to do all of the jobs. They were honest (I had hidden some money that I had forgotten about they found it and gave it to me) they are also well mannered and very polite. They did an excellent job installing carpet in 4 units. They had to move a lot of furniture in the units and nothing was broken. I would recommend them to anyone and would hire them again."
