"I have lived at this home for 30+ years. I liked all the big shade trees. Over the years, I have had to hire tree companies to remove trees due to disease or storm damage. I have experience with these types of services. Veteran Tree Services (Freddie, the owner) is the absolute best tree company I have ever hired. For a large tree, I have always gotten three quotes. Freddie's quote was competitive and he was timely with his initial response, follow-up and scheduling. His crew was great: they all kept busy during the process, and the clean up afterward was thorough. There was a technical aspect to my job. In removing large trees, it is common to use a rope in a nearby large tree as a "helper" to guide the branches and trunk down safely. This was my last large tree, so no "helper" tree was near. The other quotes I got didn't convince me this would be easy or possible without a crane. The Veteran Tree Services crew had the technical skills and experience and did a great job. Thanks!!!"

"It was great! They arrived exactly on time, worked quietly & efficiently, stacked the wood we wanted to keep just as we asked them to do and hauled the rest away. They cleaned up so good that, if it were not for the remaining stump, we would hardly know a tree had been there! The price was very good. "Awesome end-to-end experience! After two other tree service arborists inspected trees with me but then failed to actually send estimates, I searched Angie's List and read many of Gordon's reviews. I left him a voicemail on a Friday. He called me Saturday and was willing to visit that weekend. Since I was busy over the weekend, he agreed to call Monday or Tuesday. He called Tuesday at approx. 11am, indicating he was in the area working a job and could be by in 30 minutes. I agreed to meet him. We inspected my four large shade trees (2 sycamore and 2 maples) and I explained we needed better visibility from front porch, unblock view of a corner stop sign, and ensure no growth into siding. He explained his additional recommendation for overall thinning and shaping. He provided an on the spot verbal estimate of $800 and when I asked if he accepted a credit card, he indicated yes, but would charge only $750 if I wrote a check. I had researched average job costs and Gordon's quote was very reasonable. I then asked what his lead time was and he indicated his crew was finishing a job nearby and they could be by in an hour after they ate lunch. He and his crew arrived promptly an hour later, a crew of six total, including Gordon. Gordon rang the doorbell and asked me to review first tree trimming with him before he moved on to remaining three to ensure it met my expectations per our earlier discussion. After finishing, Gordon asked me to walk our property and review pruning for all four trees. His crew was well organized, worked together like clockwork, and Gordon was right there with them working and directing to ensure all trees were pruned to expectations and clean-up was thorough. Our yard looks "larger" now and is very open with the thinning Gordon recommended, as they removed overlapping and dead branches to include providing more ground clearance. They look great and Gordon indicated they shouldn't require pruning again for at least five years. I'll now hire Gordon for annual tree / shrub maintenance (fertilize, insects, disease prevention) and fire the other provider that had provided that service but failed to provide a pruning estimate. I strongly recommend Gordon and his team for any tree related care! Well done!"

"Edwin the owner is very easy to talk to. He understands your needs and offers the most reasonable and unmatched pricing. Don't waste your time comparing, he'll come out with the lowest price. But the proof of the pudding is in the eating. I had 2 trees removed and 7 huge branches some of them larger than actual trees. Edwin's team of 5 came down with short notice the next day with all the equipment and ensured a professional and safe job. Some huge branches were above my roof and down below are formal landscaping plants. They did a professional and thorough job, without causing damages and cleaned up afterwards really well. The whole crew was courteous and kniwlegeable. I've had many tree cutting and trimming before but Edwin and New Creation, has done the best deal and job overall. I highly recommend them. "

"Fabulous experience! could not have gone better. Communication spot on. Arrived promptly for estimate and emailed it immediately. they charge $600 and had other estimates for $900, $100 and $1400 for same job! sent out Miss utility and once that was complete they were ready to c ome out the next day. they had to push is to one day later due to an unexpectedly long job but they came the next day as promised. They communicated with me by phone, email and text to let me know off the schedules and any chances. Did the work with a team of 5 and large, well-kept machines. removed the stump and removed all the debris and place was in perfect condition (minus our dead tree) when they left. final payment request came in promptly and was easy to pay online. I would hire them again without any hesitation. VERY happy with the company."
