That we actually did follow up through on. It was okay. I was a bit disappointed because the end result was kind of lack luster and what I was expecting. It took quite some time for them to come back with drawings. The drawings were more hyped up that we were just expecting more. Not much to speak of actually. Interactions were fine. They seemed like nice people. The designs looked so so.

They never came back. He came in and said he would get back to me in two weeks and I have yet to hear or see anything. They never followed-up. We went with other people. He came out really quickly after I purchased the Big Deal. It was kind of like shocking. I do not know if he just did not think that I was serious. It was just kind of awkward and weird that he never responded, but it was not a big deal. I never heard from him again. That is the kind of contractor that I would not use. After the initial consultation, I did not spend any other money.

Everything turned out well. They were responsive when we called to schedule, they arrived on time, and they acted professionally when dealing with us. Unfortunately, we decided to postpone the project which meant we couldn't keep the designs.

None of that materialized. No phone call, no email. Nothing. True, I did not follow up with them, but I also figure it is their responsibility to get back to us with quotes. Cheers, Michael

They provided the plans and drawings as promised, but they were only general without any real specifics. Aside from this, the gentleman was friendly and professional and provided helpful insight as to what could be done for the project.

Casey is very engaging and friendly, as is Mary, who runs the store. The store itself has some lovely examples of tile, mirrors, baths and sinks, and Casey was very patient with me as I tried to clear my schedule for the work to be done. He came up with a nice design and was very flexible with the ideas. but one main reason you hire a contractor like Casey is to keep the project on time and to control issues like dust.
The job started on time and Casey had a single subcontractor doing the demolition. He made a huge mess in my house! He did not put up any plastic even though I asked him to make sure there would be no mess. Debris even fell through to the floor below. In his defense, Casey thought it would be less disruptive to me to have just one man working - I wish we had discussed it before. Casey did take care to oversee the project more carefully after I complained and did agree to pay my cleaning service to clean up the mess.
The job took three weeks plus two days. Casey did estimate it would take three weeks. I ended up asking everyone to leave before the job was fully finished because it was two days before Thanksgiving and i needed to clean up before the holidays. The tile, paint and shower pan all had to be redone because they were not done correctly the first time. Casey did ensure they were redone but again, why couldn't he find the right people the first time? On several days no one showed up at all and no one ever showed up before 930 or 10 in the morning. The paint is still unsatisfactory.
I did ask him to get the bid lower and in the end the quality of the tile and the cabinetry is about what you would get at Home Depot. I wish i had asked to see the items in real life instead of just in a catalog or on a web site. Based on what i saw in his store i had expected something a little bit nicer. i think this is my fault, not his.
Casey seemed overwhelmed with work and unable to really manage the subcontractors. I began the job on the date he suggested, and would have happily adjusted the time if he had told me he was too busy to oversee the project properly. I do think he is honest and tries to be considerate. He has good ideas on design and is conscientious. But in the end, it took too long and was far messier than it needed to be. The job is done to an acceptable standard but it's basic work using basic materials.

Wonderfully. Casey worked closely with and went above and beyond in his service. The cabinets are beautiful. The contrasting colors really compliment each other. The decorative panels on the 9 ft island look great. Casey made sure EVERYTHING was perfect and to our liking. We highly recommend Casey.

. I was promised a plan within a week.. Jessica said that she might only have time to send me the measuements and I told her that I already had that and the deal called for a drawing. I had to call after a week and remind them of the promise. Within a day, Jessica sent me the drawi gs, an d wrote in the email that it took more than the alotted three hrs.for the deal. The plan included a nook, that she had described in person, a nd otherwise it was a basic rectangle.
The estimates were between 10-15k and 20-25k if I changed carpeting and did the nook.
Materials were not described, nor the cost of storage door replac ement.

It went great, they had some wonderful ideas and suggestions and tried very hard to incorporate some of my ideas into their plans. The plans they created were well thought out and provided good "flow" in the basement.

Good but they couldn't leave the design with us and we weren't ready to do the work so it was an ok experience. We don't have anything to show for this deal besides the exact measurements of our basement. I wish I had known this is how it would the deal worked before I purchased the deal.

Despite being very spefic about goals/desirements for the space, the delivered pdf did not reflect the requested layout configuration and lacked the minimum information necessary to fully utilize it for planning purposes. I ultimately created my own layout using MS Visio, which I shared with the designer, who then concurred with the viability of my design approach. It was not clear what additional value the designer would have represented in the project, though there were some substantial procurement set-asides called out in the proposal that she supposedly would assist us in selecting materials/finishes from.
We later met with the co-owner of the company, Casey, to re-review the project plan, layout, and cost proposal. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and a pleasure to work with. In addition, he brought in all his key subcontractor leads to review the work and discuss approach with us to ensure their proposal was accurate and well communicated. While we ultimately had to defer this project, we will strongly consider C&M for future construction/build efforts in the future.

She came out and did the job. She did not take a lot of it into account. We kinda told her what we wanted, a bar and a movie theater, and asked her what can she do about that. She came back with this plan that if she had looked closer at the measurements and where certain walls had come in that were not movable, then she would have realized that her design was actually not really possible. The price was great and she did answer the question as far as we wanted to know if things could be done. It's just that the work wasn't very well thought out. She was a wonderful woman, very sweet.

I purchased this as a gift for my brother. They arranged an appointment quickly and easily, The designer worked with him for about 3 hours to determine the best basement layout. The following week, she sent him the drawing, the photo of what it could look like, and the estimate to go along with it. He was very satisfied with the work and though he was far along in his thought process as to what he wanted, the designer gave him another perspective which he really appreciated. He's not ready to finish the basement quite yet, but does plan to use this information as he moves forward in the future. He was very pleased with his gift!

I had a great experience with this company, they helped me with the design and in every step of the way. They managed the project wonderfully exceeding my expectations, very detailed and reliable. Great planning, and workmanship.

Great we have used c&m interiors for many home improvements. We have remodeled our bathrooms and completely remodeled our basement. Both jobs extremely well done. We will use them again.
