Received callback from Nicole informing of non received text stating she would set up visit so that I would be 1st stop. I requested today 10/22 and was assured she personally would call me around 8:30am and tech would be here by 9am. It's now 9:37am and I've again yet to hear from Nicole nor a tech. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE LEN THE PLUMBER SURE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!"

My error for understanding this. Installed a 5ft water line from my fridge to the sink (5 feet distance) and was charged $1100 which I leaned later was about triple the average price for that type of job."
