Great service, on time and very knowledgeable !

This guy is awesome!!! He showed up on time and worked hard. He was friendly and communicated all that he was doing. He had a sense of humor too. I teased him that he couldn't be a proper plumber since I didn't see butt crack. He offered to drop his pants a bit. No thanks!!! We all laughed.
We had leakage issues in basement and really strange pipe arrangements. He ripped out the strangeness and replaced it with clean, straight connections that are properly fixed to walls and ceiling studs. It turned out that previous owners had installed the wrong type of PVC pipes on the hot water lines. That's why it leaked if you looked at it crosswise. We now have the correct piping and basement is dry and pretty. And I can run hot water to laundry without buckets on floor to catch leaks. Yippee!
Would I hire this guy again? Oh yes!!! When we're ready to rebuild basement bathroom next year, this is the guy I'll call.

We were suddenly getting water with gunk back into our basement shower one evening. Ken, who had worked with the plumbing in our basement bathroom when we remodeled two years ago, promptly came out the next day to clear out the pipe in the shower and also from the toilet out to the septic.  Later in the evening a leak occured in the seal of the toilet and we had to have him out the next day to re-seal the toilet. He also spent time to show me how backed up my septic was and that I would need to have the tank cleaned out as well. 
Ken is very personable and thorough.  Each time out he has left the job area neat and thoruoghly clean.  We will continue to call on him whenever we have plumbing needs!

They were the subcontractor for the big box store where I bought the water heater. I was really impressed with the guy. He seemed like a really nice guy. I have 4 toilets in this home and none of them flush particularly well. He gave me a 20 minute course on toilets. He told me the better brands and he didn't try to sell me. I did some research on my own and contacted him to put in 4 of the ones that he has in his home which were Gerber toilets. They are absolutely phenomenal. They were around $400 per toilet with the install.

They were wonderful people and did the job well. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

Erickson plumbing took our "partially" roughed in bathroom space in our basement and completed the plumbing for the new bathroom. They also laid a new shower pan and drain for the new shower. They did a fantastic job -- working quickly and completed the job thoroughly. When the previously roughed in pipes (not by Erickson) started to leak when we first turned the water on to the bathroom, Ken came out right away and fixed the problem for no charge (it was not even his piping that was leaking). He also came back after we had installed the toilet and vanity/sink and checked our plumbing connections for no extra charge. Also, when he came to run the shower pipes and discovered that the existing bathroom framing was not square, he called a contractor friend who was able to immediately send someone at a reasonable price to fix the framing so that he could continue working as planned. He is now our go-to plumber.

It was a stressful situation that Ken handled perfectly. He parachuted in and called in for reinforcements to help him dig into the ground to install a clean out that enabled him to roto root out our sewer line. No doubt this was a $10k-$15k job that Ken got done for $3k. I you want someone to tear up your property needlessly and over-.charge you go for one of those national companies. If you want some to actually diagnose your problem and fix it then call Ken. Seriously. This guy is the best. By the way, he had to bail out on his wedding anniversary plans in order to complete our job. Thanks Phyllis!

Ken was fantastic!! Extremely professional, friendly and clean. He worked quickly, arrived on-time, cleaned-up after himself and even mopped my floor where he had worked. Extremely impressed. I would definitely use him again. Highly, highly recommended.

Mr. Erickson came on time, did a complete check on all the plumbing that had recently been installed in a remodeled half bath. I had called him because the vanity and shower made loud gurgling noises, sometimes for several minutes after all the water had drained out of the basin. The old plumbing under the vanity took up a great deal of the space, had a double "S" and had no air vent for either the vanity, the shower or the toilet.
He showed me problems with the old  installation, and pulled it all out, re-installing, with all new piping, an efficient looking installation, that left more room in the base of the vanity, vented all three appliances, and completely cleaned up afterwards.

He showed up exactly on time, got to work immediately, and warned me that my utility sink may have to be replaced because the drain was rusted out.  After replacing the pipe he realized that it was going to be impossible to stop the leak entirely without me having to replace the utility sink (an estimated $600).  Although it went against his work ethic, I asked him to just leave the small leak so I can continue to use the sink until I can replace it entirely.  He offered to try to minimize that cost, an offer I am sure I'm going to take him up on soon. He cleaned everything and left the area cleaner that it had been to start with.  Excellent work! 

.I called Erickson Plumbing because I saw them on Angies list.  I spoke with Phyllis and explained that my pilot light wasn't staying lit and I live with my elderly mother and needed it to work.  She sent Ken out immediately and he replaced the thermocoupler on the boiler and it seemed to work. But a day later, the boiler wasn't working again.  So I called Phyllis again and she ordered the gas valve that regulates the pilot flame on the boiler. Ken had suspected the valve but said that it is unsual for those valves to go bad so he replaced the thermocoupler first.  Had it just been the thermocoupler it would have been a cheaper fix and it isn't unusual for a thermocoupler to go bad.  As soon as the valve arrived Phyllis sent Ken out first thing in the morning and he replaced the valve.  The boiler is now working great!  Both Phyllis and Ken were professional and sympathetic to my needs.  They were very easy to talk to and I would recommend Erickson Plumbing to everyone. Thank you Phyllis and Ken.

The service went well.  They called to say they might be later than originally planned.  They came a little while later.  When my new refrigerator came, the installers had no problems and said the plumbers did exactly what was needed. The plumbers were knowledgeable and friendly and quickly completed the work.

Phyllis promptly scheduled the service and confirmed time of plumber's ETA on date of service.  Don did a swift (45 minutes) and porfessional job and gave us a very good price with Angie's discount. Very pleased with service.

We had problems with our condo plumbing and Ken pointed them out and fixed them. Excellent job!

Ken is really professional--this is my third job with him, and he is always friendly, punctual, and very knowledgeable.  He was able to replace our water heater the day we called!

They are on time. They show up when they say they’re going to show up. They are reasonable.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have used Ken. He is amazing and so is Phyllis and his first mate Pete! Ken gave us a great price for a new 75 gallon hot water heater, we scheduled the work and he banged it out.
Complications included carrying the very heavy heater down on his dolly 2 flights of stairs and past our crazy messy basement.
Ken is fast, efficient, all business but a nice way about him too.
I will never use another plumber.

I got my kitchen redone and the first guy just did a tempory fix on the sink and that is why I called Erickson Plumbing & Heating LLC, to correct the problem. He was right, fast, clean, on time, nice and neat. He was everything the first guy wasn't. 

Mr. Erickson scheduled his visit to my wife's convenience and showed up slightly late. However - his office contacted us prior to his visit and let his know he was running late. That was both unusual and worth praise in itself. He met his second appointment with no problem. Once inside - he discovered the problem was a cracked housing on our disposal. Based on discussion with the manufacturer regarding warranty repair - we opted to have Mr. Erickson replace the unit at our cost rather than dealing with the manufacturer. While replacing the unit, Mr. Erickson noted a couple of other issues with the undesink plumbing.He fixed those, including adding a new pipe element at no additional charge. The experience was refreshing and very impressive.

After receiving several estimates, we chose Ken Erickson to rough in the plumbing for a new bathroom that we were putting into our lower level. Ken did a fantastic job! He was prompt and courteous and went above and beyond for us when we ran into unexpected problems with the framing in the bathroom. When Ken arrived to rough in the bathroom (a full day job), he discovered that the existing framing for the bathroom was not plumb and that we would have to be fixed before he could complete the work. He used his contacts to find a contractor that could come right out and fix the framing, allowing Ken to finish the job on schedule. Ken also came back and fixed a leak in a previous plumber's work on the water lines feeding the bathroom for no extra charge. We will only use Ken and Erickson from now on for our plumbing needs! In fact, they will be coming back out to our house this week to help with a new icemaker water line!

It is easy to see why Erickson is top rated here.  Ken & Phyllis could not be any nicer.   Fit me in same day. Gave me an hour notice they were on the way. Showed up within minutes of quoted time.  Quickly cleared drain.  Left the work area spotless and charged a fair price for his time.  Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.   A++

Erickson Plumbing was the third company to give us an estimate. When the others came they looked at the radiator and said: this is what is wrong and you need to pay hundreds of dollars! When Ken came he said: this might be a simple fix, let me see what I can do. He tweaked this and tweaked that and Voila! it was fixed at NO CHARGE to us! I greatly appreciate his honesty. Any future job that I may have Erickson Plumbing would be my first call. Not just because he didn't charge us but because he was extremely professional, prompt and personable. 

P.S. He gave us an estimate for another job and his was the best of the three. Highly recommend!

There were a number of old fixtures that had to be replaced in one bathroom. A new toilet replaced in another bathroom and a water leak in a condo. Unfortunately, because the fixtures were old it took some time to get them and have them replaced. Ken was very professional and everything was spotless after he left.
