Our furnace stopped running on a Sunday night. I called them on Monday morning and they were able to send someone out that afternoon. The tech replaced a part and got the furnace running. He told me I was lucky he had the part with him. He explained the basic operation of the furnace to me so in the future if there was a problem I would be able to give basic diagnostic information to them before they came out. I was able to use that information soon enough, because three days later the furnace stopped working overnight. I called the following morning, explained to them what wasn’t working inside the furnace, and they were able to send someone out that morning. The techs determined that the part they replaced on Monday had gone bad. They replaced it free of charge and were apologetic. Everyone was polite and professional. The furnace has been running for a couple weeks now with no issues.

The technician came out very quickly, as promised. He diagnosed the problem (burned out motor on the compressor), explained the costs even showing me on the printed cost list. He also explained a few things about my system and was very personable. I opted to buy the service package as well, because it was not a hard sell and seemed reasonable for preventive maintenance. Very happy with the whole experience.

I called these folks at 730 am on Friday because my ac had died the day before and a different, “24-hour” company had failed to show up. I was offered the 8-12 timeslot, which I couldn’t do; initially I was told the afternoon wasn’t available but when I explained why I couldn’t be at the house in the morning, they found a way to make it work! Nick & Carl called at 1140 am to tell me they were on the way, and arrived within half an hour. They patiently and professionally located my unit (I was less than useless, had no idea where to look!), diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat, and (after quoting me a price) replaced the thermostat with a new one. I believe the price I paid (new thermostat and installation plus $89 fee to visit/diagnose, a fee which I understand is standard for the hvac industry) was on the high side of the average range, but given the extremely fast response time and level of service I think It was definitely good value for the money. I will be calling this company if/when I have another problem with heating or cooling.

Not Well! The Company wanted $525.00 to replace a single exterior faucet! Initially I was going to ask them to replace both, which I guess would have been $1,050, or more since on the second one there would have been pipe that needed to be replaced. I had to send the technician on his way. He was polite, punctual, and professional. I had to pay $59 for the estimate.

"We are already aware of this situation. Our technician who is fairly new misquoted the wrong repair out of our flat rate pricing guide. We will be reaching out to this client today to try and rectify the situation for the client. As a follow up we reached out to the client with the correct pricing on the hose bib which was roughly half of the original quote, but we were still higher than the client wanted to spend. The original quote given was for a complete new hose bib with inside piping and valves. The correct quote was for the replacement of an existing unit."

Everything went well. The tech, Bobby, was on time and professional. I didn't know that the company offers a Senior discount. I called the next day, and they mailed me a check for the amount of the discount.

I awoke to a flooded utility room so needed service as soon as possible. At first, it looked like I would not be able to get a tech the same day; but, the company moved some things around to be able to respond quickly (within 2 hours). It turned out to be quick/easy fix; clogged condensation tube so not as serious as it first appeared. Tech explained issue and steps taken to clear it and preventive measures for the future. I was extremely satisfied with the response, excellent customer service and work done.

Company was very responsive to my request for a quote on a new hot water heater and provided options. As a first time home buyer, the amount of information was a little overwhelming but the rep explained everything in details as a I asked a lot of questions. I scheduled for the hot water heater to be installed and the installation team was very personable as well as answered my questions about maintenance for the new unit. I would definitely use this company services again.

Very well! We ended up getting the "Cadillac" system since were were offered an interest-free, six year loan. The staff,and crew were very professional, friendly and great to work with. We have worked with them for years servicing our old system, and when the time came to replace it, we didn't want to go with anyone else!

Follow-up after initial call was timely. Appointment reminder by email and phone appreciated. Plumbing tech called with ETA and arrived early. He listened to what was needed; and when I advised an job estimate was done about a year ago, he went to his truck and pulled the record. Matt was professional, courteous,, personable and worked diligently to complete the job, which included installation of a new hose bib & pipe joint; and installation of a wall access panel. He answered any questions clearly and concisely & explained proper maintenance once the job was done. I did not rate price, as no other estimates were obtained. I chose this business because of my positive prior experience with them and their consistent responsiveness.

Knowledgeable and honest! After service from another company, my line to my AC condensing unit kept freezing solid indicating a leak. I honestly thought I would need to replace the entire thing but wanted a second opinion. The technician came in, gave me the honest recommendation that he would try topping off the refrigerant and thought I could extend the life of my system for several years. Didn't try and upsell me and made a few little fixes to make the system work better.
