I'm very glad I had this done. Water is so much better and worth the cost. I had a system in a previous house on a well. This house has public water. Both houses are Buch better with this system.

In comparison to other price quotes and warranty on equipment and service, Northern Maryland Water Specialists was the best. The installation of the water treatment system was good. I would definitely recommend them.

Chris is very knowledgeable and made an attempt to get mu old unit working before fulfilling mu request to install a new one. Very trustworthy.

They did a great job with educating me during the initial consultation. Eric was very knowledgeable about the whole process and was able to fill us in on how every aspect of our water would affect our health, as well as our home. Chris did a great job installing the system. He was a very nice guy and he did clean and professional work.

They got my system repaired and back up and running on a SUNDAY! They far exceeded my expectations. The system came with the house and I called them because they're sticker was on the equipment. Glad I did! Many of the repair parts were covered under warrantee and Chris (the owner) was the original installer and servicer of my equipment. He knew the whole setup and got me working flawlessly in about an hour. I highly recommend Northern Maryland Water Specialists for anyone looking for a new install or service. Top notch.

Very good at communicating re:appointment and what they were going to do. They were on time, polite, efficient and clean. The installation was in a slightly different place than I had thought it was going to be- probably poor communication on my part. They exceeded expectations in other areas and improved related items at no extra charge.
