"Everything was perfect! James contracted me right away! My toddler “what she thought was helping mommy” had flushed her baby brother’s diaper down down he toilet! James arrived within a timely matter, he respected my wishes as far as covid restrictions. He had his mask on, & wore plastic shoe coverings. I was embarrassed a tad, bc the diaper was a poopy one lol! He assured me that it was fine, it wasn’t the worse thing he has seen! I was very pleased with my service…He even tighten down the two side bolts or screw thingies on each side of the toilet free of charge! I’m grateful for his quick response time & service! Thanks again James, hopefully I won’t need you for that service again lol, but I’m glad to have a plumber for all my future needs!"

"After doing our homework, my wife and I selected Mega Kitchen and Bath for complete remodels of our master bath and hall full bath. We could not have made a better decision as the entire process was flawless. Katherine, a Certified Interior Decorator, was so patient and helpful with our selections. Felipe, the project manager, came by almost every day. Not that he needed to, because the installers (Johnny and Grover) were courteous and extremely hard working. The project was completed on schedule and the quality of the work was such that we did not have any punch lists items once the baths were completed. I would recommend Mega Kitchen and Bath in a heartbeat. You can’t go wrong."
