It did not take that long for him to unclog my drain and he checked to make sure it was running fine before he left. I continued to monitor the flow of the water draining in the sink. "Called Millersville Plumbing and they were able to send someone out to fix the issue four hours after I initially called. Doug showed up when they said he would. He went through a trouble-shooting protocol and determined that there were probably two places along the pipe where the clog could be. It actually turned out that there were clogs in both places. He had to snake out both sections. He put the piping back together under the sink and below the house. As he was doing the final testing we noticed that the disposal was leaking. He went ahead and replaced the disposal. Overall I was very happy with the service and repairs. The company was able to respond very quickly and Doug did a really good job fixing the issue. The sink now drains better than it has in a long time. Thank you."

Overall, it went very well.  The first day, the workers removed the old countertop and sink.  They then installed the new countertops and sink.  The second day, the workers connected the plumbing for the sink and disposal and started on the under cabinet lighting.  The third day they finished the under cabinet lighting, spackled and repainted the walls cut to install the wiring for the lighting.

When the workers were here, they did a great job and handled themselves professionally.  The only complaint I had was that on the 2nd day, the workers did not show until around 12:30 when I had expected them around 10.  They had gotten stuck at a earlier job, but it was not communicated to me until I called and asked where they were.  Other than that, the work looks great and gets compliments from guests and visitors to the house.  I would use KBR again for any kitchen or bath needs.

"I was looking for a small bathroom vanity countertop in  a specific Silestone color.  (A small remnant is NOT easy to find)!  I called and spoke with Nicholas.  He was extremely courteous.  He did not have what I wanted but was willing to make some calls and said he would  contact me the following week when he returned from vacation.  He did call back (which was pretty awesome in itself) and had located what I wanted.  I considered his pricing to be very fair.  Because of circumstances, I did not end up using him.  However, I was impressed with his courtesy, professionalism,and pricing. In future remodeling projects,  I would definitely call Stone Depot first.
