"They showed up on time and got right to work. The actual installation went okay. They, however, did a very poor job of cleaning up behind themselves. Also, when they refilled the hole they dug it wasn't close to being level with the rest of the yard. Instead there was a very visible large mound of dirt. I contacted them a week or so after having the work done, to discuss a concern, and the person I spoke with completely blew me off and dismissed my concern. That is when they lost any opportunity for repeat business from me."

"My 1952 house was not equipped with a vent, nor proper traps for either the washing machine or sink. There were sewer gases backing up on occasion, into the sink area, which is of course unpleasant.
Robert installed the traps, then came back to add the vent to the outside of the house. He did not have to go through the attic and roof. The end result looks like it was built with the house, and blends in well with the exterior.
He responds to my need for help either instantly or within 24 hours, is professional and knows his business. Anyone he hires is up to his standards, and those are very high. Having a reliable and qualified plumber is key to survival, and for that need, I go to Robert!!

"Went really well. James arrived on time. He removed his shoes when he arrived and was meticulous with everything he did. Old toilet was removed and taken away, new one installed. The bidet seat was than installed. Everything was perfect and no mess at all left behind. He was on time. He was also very kind to my pesty, barking little dog. Very lucky to find him."

"Ibrahim and the crew at Mega Kitchen and Bath did a great job finishing a good portion of our basement! It will be a space we use for many years to come and we will gladly recommend them to friends/family. Work was completed in a timely manner for the price agreed upon. Ibrahim was always patient with our questions/concerns. Workers (Rolin and Jose) were all very professional and courteous with my wife and children who were home during the remodel. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking to get a basement remodeled with mega kitchen and bath."
