I asked four different contractors to submit quotes for the job and Paul came back with a price at or below the others, but quoted premium insulated vinyl siding where as the others quoted regular siding. The previous owners had new siding put on as a part of "flipping" the house 5 years ago. However, the contractors they hired did not repair the rotted out, molded, and left holes everywhere. "I hired Innovative Home Improvements to replace the cedar siding on my home with vinyl siding. They removed all existing siding, replaced rotted wood, installed Alside Prodigy siding, removed and replaced soffits and gutters, and capped the entire house. They also did some custom work for me in places that required special attention to ensure there was no stone unturned before leaving. My experience working with Paul, Mr. Jung, and Alex was awesome. Regardless of the challenge, they were always transparent, attentive, pleasant and patient with explaining the issue and recommending solutions. Their workmanship is exceptional and I always felt they were treating my home as it if it were their own during the process. "Took them about 1.5 hours; one above the first story, one above the 2nd story. They had to remove the siding around these vents, replace the vent, then put back the siding and caulk. They came on time, knew what to do, and did it professionally for a reasonable price. I had the new vents and caulk ready, so it was just labor (and nails)."
