DJ sympathized with our situation and managed to schedule one of their plumbers who had expert knowledge of our water heater to make a call to our home in between a couple of other service calls that he had to make. When Keith showed up, he was very polite and professional and immediately put protective slippers on over his work boots. He set to work and had our hot water heater repaired in no time. "This was a last second thing. Our hot water heater died on us. Left him a message on Tuesday afternoon. He showed up first thing next morning. Right on time. Discussed the job and he gave me a estimate with a small window. And he said he could have me back with hot water in a few hours. Sure enough less then 3 hours later I’m back running.
