The repairmen arrived on time and immediately put on slippers that covered their shoes to prevent damaging my floors. They realized the problem and notified me of what was wrong and gave me the final cost to repair the sink. Despite the job being a bit more complicated, I wasn’t charged extra. Both repairman were competent and polite. Great representatives for their company. Would hire them again without hesitation.

Don took the call and he came out one day and diagnosed my issue and scheduled me for another day in the same week to complete the service. He also replaced part of the copper pipes and installed shut off valves for the faucets. He was professional, kind, and answered all my questions. I would definitely hire him for all my plumbing services.

I've used Plumbing Mastered for several jobs and I never had an issue with any of their work. Don is extremely knowledgeable and clearly communicates the problem and provides detailed invoices describing the work that was done. Additionally, I find their charges to be fair, reasonable, and perfectly balanced with the quality of work performed.
