"I absolutely love the whole processes. Unlike other big names, Mr. Scott didn’t push at all. No sale pitch and other hidden fees. Everything was transparent. When I requested a estimate, he contacted me that evening and stopped by in two days. He spent less than 20 min to measure windows sizes roughly. That was it! He sent me a quote next day and the price was really competitive. We communicated via emails for several questions and he answered them all quickly. He gave me enough time to make the final decision. Like I mentioned earlier, no pressure. Once I made the decision and signed contract, the actual contractor came by to measure everything accurately. After waiting several months (it took longer than I expected because of the pandemic), windows and sliding door finally arrived and set up the installation date. The installation contractor, Mr. Park’s team, is absolutely great. They were professional and their workmanship is beyond expectation. Several occasions, his team confronted some issues and they explained them clearly and found ways to get jobs done, In less than two days, 11 windows and 1 sliding door were finally installed. They all look beautiful and I am more than satisfied, I will absolutely hire them again for any future projects!"

"Jeff really helped us design the deck that would work best for us. We had originally asked for a 20x20 deck and he had us measure our kitchen to indicate how large of a deck it was to make sure we knew what we were asking for. We ended up settling for a 16x20 deck (which later got reduced to 14x20 because of county zoning). He also worked with us on the various places we could put the steps and gave us pros/cons and cost estimates for each. He was also very flexible on the start date when the HOA approval took longer than expected. The deck looks absolutely amazing. They did a fantastic job.
