"Bowden installed an electrical outlet to operate an electric shad in the foyer, recessed light above the garage entryway and a ceiling fan. Plus the electrician was on time, very courteous and respectful, used drop clothes and shoe covers to minimize dirt, swept and vacuumed area, and reasonably priced. They receive an AAA plus. "Antonio, was very friendly, he replaced the outside light and the kitchen light. The kitchen fan had a down pole. I wasn’t satisfied with the movement. He took the fan down numerous times to make sure I was satisfied. He did a great job and I will use his services again."

"The experience went well right until I was quoted a price for ceiling fan installation.  Customer service reps and the electrician were polite and professional.  Electrician showed up during service window, and customer service called me a half hour before his arrival.  However, I was incredibly surprised when the electrician told me the installation of the ceiling fan*** would cost just short of $700.  He said he may be able to do it for ~$670, but that'd be the lowest he could go.  I passed.

***Ceiling fan in a room where there was no existing ceiling fan, light fixture, wiring.  Light switch existed in room, connected to a wall outlet.  

The reason I was so surprised was because (2 years prior) I had hired this company to do the exact same job in an adjacent room.  During that job, there was additional electrical work done in another room at the same time.  The charge at the time was considerably less. 

Further, I provided all details about the service over the phone on more than one occasion. The electrician quoted the price of installation off a price sheet.  Instead of me being given an estimate over the phone, I took a half day off from work just to pass on a much higher price than what I had paid for the same work on another occasion.  In the future, I will look for another company for any electrical services.

"I initially hired this company because my radon fan outside of my house was making loud noises. I wanted someone to help me turn the fan off and needed an electrician. When I called them the receptionist told me she'd check with a technician to see if they could do that type of work before sending someone. She called me back immediately and sent someone to help. In the meantime I was able to find a way to turn the fan off myself. I called to see if I could cancel the service. She was very kind and was able to cancel the technician. I will use this company for future needs. I cannot honestly rate the work quality and value but wouldn't let me submit this review without completing."
