Lou keep me informed for the appointment and progress of the project. He finished the job on time and at reasonable price.

Lou showed up on time for the quote and won us over. We scheduled him to do the actual work and he was not the best at keeping appointments or notifying us if he could not make it. The work finally got done about two weeks after the original appointment. He was scheduled to return for some finishing details and final electrical inspection. Again several reschedules (he had not even been paid yet which really made me wonder. I am sure he was not going to work for free). Had to leave messages that normally went un-returned. He did finally return for the last details but still no final inspection (we did pay him on this visit). Began having an issue with one breaker. Scheduled him to check it. No show. Left messages, no return calls. So here we are a couple months after beginning this project, mostly happy with the work that was done but not happy about scheduling issues, lack of follow up and still no final inspection.

Lou was great. Not only did he come on time, he came early. He understood my problem over the phone so he was able to quickly get to work and finish up extremely fast. I would definitely call him back for all my electrical needs.

Lou was great! He was prompt in coming out to my home, diagnosing the problem, figuring out a creative solution and then fixing it.

We had five different things for Lou to fix, including a chandelier that needed to be lowered and made level. Lou rounded the oval links in the chain that held the chandelier and that made it level for the first time! He figured out why a ceiling fan was making noise and why another one wasn’t working at all. He also replaced part of our electric panel which had somehow gotten water inside and was corroded. We didn’t have the right part to change lights in our Faber stove hood, but Lou did, and quickly replaced them for us. We were really pleased with how knowledgeable and competent our electrician was and plan to call him again if we have any more electrical problems.

Quick turn around, fair price.

Lou gave me the lowest bid for upgrading the electrical panel and outside connection, plus fixing a number of irregularities, GFCI, open grounds, lack of a separate circuit for the washer and gas dryer. He did the work in a workmanship manner. I highly recommend him.
