"I initially hired this company because my radon fan outside of my house was making loud noises. I wanted someone to help me turn the fan off and needed an electrician. When I called them the receptionist told me she'd check with a technician to see if they could do that type of work before sending someone. She called me back immediately and sent someone to help. In the meantime I was able to find a way to turn the fan off myself. I called to see if I could cancel the service. She was very kind and was able to cancel the technician. "The provider showed up on time and prepared.  There were some issues with the internal wiring of my house (1930s construction) that complicated installation.  He informed me of my two options -- one was to have the fan installed, but it could not be controlled by the wall switch, or the other was to rewire the wall switch and the wiring to the fan to allow the fan to be controlled by the wall switch -- at a substantial cost.  I liked that he was honest with my about my options rather than merely stating it would cost me extra to install the fan, given the age/condition of the wiring.
