"Went generally well. Steve in his father did a nice job with dedicated line for above range microwave, as well as installing the wall cabinet and microwave. Also they were friendly and helpful on some patching tips and info of outlet boxes. I did contact the owner a few weeks later as the internal venting fan was not in the right position to be venting ainternally above microwave. He quickly sent tow men out at no charge to remedy. Holes made for fan, dedicated line, and for bathroom fan and switch were "tight" and easy to repair for painting. Only shortcoming to work was the venting for upstairs bathroom fan into attic. Service person just ran venting pipe over to area in attic where proper venting was not workable---fascia board and roof area with half-moon gutter on outside. This will have to be redone for proper venting. In all honesty, this homeowner's materials and plans were unrealistic-- given the small bathroom fan and the initial length of the long run of venting pipe---25ft to the outside attic vent in the middle of my attic."

When I called them the receptionist told me she'd check with a technician to see if they could do that type of work before sending someone. She called me back immediately and sent someone to help. In the meantime I was able to find a way to turn the fan off myself. I called to see if I could cancel the service. She was very kind and was able to cancel the technician.
