When I called them the receptionist told me she'd check with a technician to see if they could do that type of work before sending someone. She called me back immediately and sent someone to help. In the meantime I was able to find a way to turn the fan off myself. I called to see if I could cancel the service. She was very kind and was able to cancel the technician. Rodney reduced the price to reflect the more limited scope of work even more than I suggested.
