"We hired Tim Kyle Electrical to fix an issue that was identified during our home inspection. The crew came out and did a thorough review in order to find the exact issue. It turns out, the previous owners had installed a ceiling fan and did something funky with the wiring. Once the issue was identified, the crew quickly fixed it. They were so pleasant and thorough and the job was more than reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again. Chad was awesome!"

In the meantime I was able to find a way to turn the fan off myself. I called to see if I could cancel the service. She was very kind and was able to cancel the technician. He troubleshooted all three issues in minutes, replaced the bad lighting fixture and switch, and corrected the ceiling fan wiring all in under an hour. Pricing was explained in detail and was transparent and fair (I'd say inexpensive, even). Would use this company again."

Green Wave completed every item on the list from the buyers punchlist. GreenWave set up the PG County inspection, which passed, of course. GreenWave set up the appointment for PEPCO to complete hook-up part. Keith’s crew did an exceptional job! They also did a change order for me-ventilating (2) exhaust fans, in my upstairs bathrooms!
