While you should always budget for surprises during construction, our estimate was itemized in detail, and showed what upgrades were available and their pricing. The total price was the best of all of our estimates. They worked efficiently, were always friendly, and cleaned up each night before they left. Eugene stopped by frequently to ensure everything was on track and accommodated my suggestions for minor tweaks throughout the process. I very much recommend them and will use them for future remodeling."

"This company went above and beyond for my wife and me. We wanted a balcony with steps but we had an HOA to go through. Shaun talked to my HOA several times and even visited the HOA property management company to drop off and speak to them about my build. His two workers showed up each day even on the weekend to get the job finished in a timely manner. The 2 man crew did a phenomenal job with keeping my lawn as nice as they could and even replaced the dirt and bricks they had to dig up for the posts. "We had our master and hall baths completely gutted and rebuilt. We bid the project out to several companies, and DMV was immediately the most helpful. Pricing was very competitive. Luis and the team completed both bathrooms in about 6 weeks - and this was a full demo. The crew was extremely kind and courteous, and worked hard to minimize the mess and impact to our home. One weekend we had a party, and they helped make our home look like there wasn’t a major project in-progress! Craftsmanship was impeccable. The tile work in particular is beautiful - details I hadn’t even thought of were done for me. Like any job, we had some changes to scope (our choice), and some minor hiccups. They were extremely helpful navigating through scope changes, and more than fair on pricing. And on the minor hiccups, they made it extra clear that the job wouldn’t be wrapped until we were satisfied - and that’s what happened. Honestly this experience was a 10 out of 10, and I hope we can have them out for another project soon. Our bathrooms went from blight to bling in 6 weeks - I look forward to getting ready now!"

The quality of the final work is excellent, and the construction crew, architect, and county inspector were all great to work with. The original crew we worked with, led by Edwin, were so hardworking, friendly, thorough, and fast. That's what really pushed us from 2 to 3 stars. However, the process getting here was frustrating and unnecessarily chaotic. Timeline & Communication Issues: Initial promise: We were clear that the renovation had to allow us to live in our home during construction and be completed before Christmas. Early communication: Our original project manager, Cris, was personable, and early communication seemed fine, if a bit informal and sometimes inappropriately personal. Major miscommunication: Near the holidays, we discovered that the plans submitted included cutting into the roof — something we explicitly said we didn’t want. This contradicted verbal assurances and caused major last-minute changes. Project Management Failures: Poor planning and oversight: Cris and the architect’s plan didn’t align with the construction work. We had to get involved directly with the county to fix errors. Paperwork errors: Incorrect submissions to the county added delays and confusion, which we had to monitor ourselves. Last-minute scramble: We were cleaning up dust on Christmas Eve due to these planning failures. Personnel Turnover & Lack of Handoff: Cris leaves the company: No proper handover to James, the new PM, who was unfamiliar with our project. Crew replaced: The original crew, who were great, were gone; new crew had no context or direction. James leaves: Another handoff with no context — the third PM had no idea about our project or its outstanding items. Escalation mishandled: When we raised our concerns with Kyle, the CEO, the response felt dismissive, with no accountability for the previous missteps. In summary, it's a beautiful end result... but we’re glad it’s over. The process left us frustrated, confused, and frankly, exhausted."

"Our place had good bones but didn’t work for our daily life. Every room felt cut off from the next. Ben and Teddy from Top Remodeling sat with us and came up with a better layout without changing the size of the home. They moved the hallway, opened the living area, and added a custom touch in almost every room. They rebuilt the inside from the studs and used solid-core doors and clean finishes. We went with soft white walls, bronze handles, and natural maple cabinets. Now, it all feels open and calm. Every room has a purpose."

"Extremely disappointed with this company. They do not stand by their guarantees. Did install shower in one day. Was not provided with the shower head I ordered. Calking and trim work was very sloppy. Went through the shower wall into my bedroom, did sparkle wall and left it. Shower doors have leaked and was finally told six months later that there is nothing they can do to correct the issue. Originally quoted $24,000.00 for the walk on shower, eventually agreed to $11,500.00. Completely dissatisfied with my shower. Once they get their payment, they are done."

It's hard to find in this 'space'--there are a lot of shady people in basement water damage/repair, and this place exceeded expectations. We've had our repair in place for 4+ years, with only 1 small issue on a wall seam crack, and that was fixed within 24 hours of reporting the issue. Stand up place!
