Leisure Pools

Horrible experience with leisure pools glen did not help rectify problems with pool . Skimmers put in incorrectly . Plaster discolored the first year . Horrible customer service . Did not respond to texts or emails uses fowl language to customers . BEWARE STRING ME ALING FOR AND YEAR AND A HALF TOLD US TO DO WHAT WE GOTTA DO. NEVER SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO.

The owner is non-responsive and does not stand behind his work. If you want to be frustrated, aggravated and sorry you went with Leisure Pools, this is the company for you. Everything is a battle.

Splendid. I love this company! My pool looks amazing and they did a fabulous job, on a Sunday! I usually dont write reviews, but I want to scream from the roof tops how happy I am that Leisure Pools saved my summer!! Thank you Glen and Kim and all the guys whose hard work made this happen :)

could not be happier. They did a great job for a lot less than other contractors that gave me bids. Glen the owner made sure everything was done right. Since you don't do this very often I was concerned about getting someone to do this but Leisure pools was all I could have asked for.

Everything went as planned start to finish. Leisure pools techs are the best by far. They worked with me every step of the way to get it completed. Always on time and ready to work when they showed up. Clean up after job was completed was great you could not tell they were here. This was no small job by far pool is 16 by 40 an 12 feet deep. It now looks better that when it was installed in 1969!!! If you want the job done right the first time then hire Leisure Pools.

Leisure Pools and Glenn left our pool looking worse than it did before they started. We have given them multiple opportunities to correct/fix their shoddy work. They have not shown up as agreed and appear to have no intention of honoring their warranty. I recommend that you don't allow them (Glenn or his subcontractors) on your property. The coping is not level with the cement pool deck. The tiles were left covered with plaster which caused the edges to lose color. The plaster bubbled, cracked and uneven and repairs to the cement where they cut into it with a saw was patched with a different color.

It was wonderful, very good work. His crews are very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Glen informed me every step of the way, during the process and when he's going to do the project.

They have been excellent and reliable and on time. They have followed through with everything they have promised. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It went well. They also built our pool as well. Highly recommend this company.

we met with the owner not a member of his company. he was very pleasant compared to other companies I talked with. they were very prompt and a good crew. most of all they kept my yard clean as they went along working. leisure pool did a very good job and I gave there number to a couple of my friends.

Loved the designer that came out. Very professional. From sales to the crew, it was a smooth transition.

Let me start off by saying, we have had some very bad experiences with swimming pool companies, however, the experiences we've had with this company have been nothing but positive!  
Glenn has always been prompt at responding to my calls and inquiries, always replying within 24 hours.  He has been honest and forthcoming with information.  He has called in experts to back him up when needed and his prices are very reasonable.

Stop right there and dont use this person! This provider also goes under "AAA". Didnt bring any equipment with them and also the two guys that came to put the liner in my pool cut my electrical line and never reinstalled it. They gave me a really hard time and took forever to get back to me. Seemed really nonchalant about finishing the work saying "s*** happens" when I asked him about it. Glenn is the name of the owner, his workers took apart things that they couldnt put back together. They blamed me for the mistakes when they're the ones that worked with it. Told me he didnt like me and I was an a**hole. Theyre VERY rude! Ive never been so humiliated! Due to my serious health problems I have an issue with speech, Glenn constanly mocked me and even once told me to s*** his d*** & kiss his a**. They took advantage of me after I paid them cash.

During May 2013, Leisure Pools, LLC, replaced the vinyl liner in our in-ground pool.  When we uncovered our pool the following spring, we found a rope anchor had detached from the wall over the winter and ripped a large 4?-5? hole in the liner.   After further inspection, we found the following problems with the installation:
1. The rubber gasket for the rope anchor had been incorrectly placed between the liner and the wall, and the anchor was not properly attached to the wall.  When the anchor detached, the gasket pulled through and ripped the liner.  The metal pool wall behind the anchor also sustained corrosion damage from water leaking through the hole.
2. The liner was improperly installed over mounting bolts for a pool light that the installation crew had been told to remove.  The bolts are showing signs of wearing through the liner.
Immediately upon discovering the damaged liner, we called Leisure Pools to try to get someone to come out.  I told them the rip was below the skimmer and we couldn't turn the filter on or use the pool until the liner was repaired.  Glenn said that someone would be out in the next few days, but no one came or called.  After a few weeks of calling and getting no response, I patched the liner myself.  Over the next few months, we called and left numerous voice mails, but no one from Leisure Pools ever contacted us in return.  On the few occasions we were able to speak with someone from Leisure Pools, we were told that a technician would stop by, but no one ever showed up or called to reschedule the missed appointments. 
Finally, on August 18, Glenn from Leisure Pools came out to inspect the liner.  He complimented me on my patch job, and agreed that the bolts should not have been left under the liner.  He said he would fix the problem with the bolts by installing a light, and promised to get back to us in the next day or two, but he never called back.  Over the next three weeks, we attempted to contact Leisure Pools many times, and left many voice mails, but again never received any response.
Additionally, we had requested that wall foam be installed around the entire pool, and this was stated in our signed contract. During installation, the crew refused to install the wall foam, saying that nobody had told them that the walls were to be foamed so they didn't have enough foam on hand, and that it was only necessary on walls that were damaged.
At this point, we?ve concluded that Leisure Pools either cannot or will not stand behind their work.  We're contracting with another pool company to fix the damage, and we'll be seeking compensation from Leisure Pools for our expenses.  We're also filing complaints with the appropriate agencies, and we'll be pursuing the breach of contract concerning the crew's refusal to install the wall foam as per the contract.
We've been a whole summer's worth of patient, but all we've gotten in return have been unanswered calls, broken committments, and a total lack of concern and integrity.  The price might have been right, but the final results have been anything but.
