"Joe and his team did an exceptional job helping us integrate multiple projects in our basement and the results were outstanding! We had to have our existing partially finished basement demolished so we could have french drains and a sump system put in, as well as a geothermal heating/cooling installation accomplished, after having an existing oil burning furnace and radiant heating system removed. The basement restoral project included plumbing and sink replacement, electrical and lighting efficiency upgrades, framing and drywall replacement, door replacements, flooring replacement, and a few decorative additions to give the space some character. The entire process: scoping, design, coordination, execution, and detailed wrap up was accomplished under a great leader and problem solver with highly credible and expert tradesman. "Precision Remodeling did a phenomenal job rebuilding my leaky basement shower stall the result of poor installation from another contractor this spring. Jamie reassured me that his company uses quality waterproofing materials (Wedi) and employs skilled tradesman. Kirk, the plumbing technician, discovered a secondary leak in the piping and was able to correct the issue before shower installation. Steve meticulously waterproofed and tiled the shower in an intricate herringbone pattern. Grout lines are to perfection and no leaks! Jamie kept me informed of every aspect of the project. "They promised to get done as quickly as possible since I had to move out of the house because I could not use the downstairs bathroom. They said it would take 3 days plus an extra day for the grout to harden and they finished. right on time. The bathroom looks wonderful. And I have to mention that they did a great job cleaning up afterward. Additionally, they came back a week later to install a new sink faucet, at which time they also installed grab bars in the shower and the new blinds in the bathroom window, all at no additional labor cost. We've been customers since they remodeled our kitchen in 2004 and will continue to do so. I don't want the cheapest work. I want the best. Thank you Gary."
