"This a great company. I think they called the same day that I contacted Angie’s List looking for area rug cleaning. My contact was Christina, who was very helpful and just all-around nice throughout the whole process. We set up an appointment date and time, and I was sent email and text reminders so I knew exactly when the technician, Dave, would arrive. Dave was great too. He cleaned the area rug in our condo with minimum disruption. Our condo is pretty far from the parking area and he had a hose that made it inside. Dave is also very nice, so nice the we requested him for another carpet cleaning a week or so later. Both carpets were thoroughly cleaned. I believe the pricing was fair and competitive with other companies doing this kind of work. Next month I will be calling them again for duct cleaning."

Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "I called Baltimore Steam Cleaners for a "same day" cleaning, since I had cleared out most of the furniture in the room and was expecting a delivery of new furniture the next morning.   I was very happy that the owner was able to come and do the work only a couple of hours after I spoke with him. 
I had tried to use a cleaning machine rented from the local grocery store, and managed to make the carpet look worse.  It was clear that I needed the help of a pro, and I'm happy to say that BSC was able to reverse my disaster and make the carpet look great. 
He used a truck mounted cleaning system, and it took about an hour.  The carpet was damp when he finished, but after 24 hours is pretty much dried.   It looks even better now. 
I would definitely put this company high on my list for future cleaning needs.
