"They took my call on a Sunday -- gave me honest, helpful (while not always positive!) feedback on likelihood of removing my stain. Which they were successful in doing -- and delightful to work with. I was so impressed! And will call them annually from now on (this coming from someone who has never hired couch cleaners before!)."

"They were fantastic. They came on time and were friendly and professional. We have 5 pets and two young children so I was worried about whether they would be able to sufficiently clean our carpets- especially my white nursery chair and ottoman! All items were exceptionally cleaned thoroughly. The house looks fantastic. We will be bringing them back soon!"

"Buff Cleaning did a great job, in a professional manner, with a superb outcome on an antique white couch that I thought was ruined. Thank you Maurice you're the bomb.com."

"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"Eric did an AMAZING job! I found them through Groupon, and it was totally worth it! The best part is that it was a dry method, which actually cleaned much better than when I had my carpets shampooed, and I could walk on them within about 30-60 minutes :)

"I've used Hews several times to clean my wool carpets. They do a great job. Flexible in scheduling, prompt and professional employees and they always follow up to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them!"

"I called Baltimore Steam Cleaners for a "same day" cleaning, since I had cleared out most of the furniture in the room and was expecting a delivery of new furniture the next morning.   I was very happy that the owner was able to come and do the work only a couple of hours after I spoke with him.
I had tried to use a cleaning machine rented from the local grocery store, and managed to make the carpet look worse.  It was clear that I needed the help of a pro, and I'm happy to say that BSC was able to reverse my disaster and make the carpet look great.
He used a truck mounted cleaning system, and it took about an hour.  The carpet was damp when he finished, but after 24 hours is pretty much dried.   It looks even better now.
I would definitely put this company high on my list for future cleaning needs.
