Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "Fantastic.  they were able to be scheduled with short notice.  they were willing and able to add a room at last minute notice.  it's a 4 story home in canton and they had equipment that could reach all the floors.  worked quickly, made the carpet look new.  Cleaning the carpet ended up bringing out an old stain in one room that we couldn't see before they began.  they came back again, and the same thing happened.  the stain went away and then when the carpet dried it came back.  they came back a third time with a "browning" product and fans to make sure it worked.  They never complained or argued with us, just worked through it until there were good results.  there was a paint stain on the carpet that they did remove on the first try which is why we had the carpet cleaned to begin with.  I was very happy with the process.  Thanks!
