"He had to run a 48 ft. drain cable twice to unstop the clog. He also replaced the fill valve in a toilet tank. Mr. Wilson's professional and friendly demeanor, I felt that I got my money's worth.

"Arrived on time.  Had to cut out and replace cleanout plug for the septic since it had been years (decades?) since it was last removed, at no extra charge.  I was able to observe the camera screen as the inspection progressed.  Pipe was in good shape.  (I had the inspection done as a precaution before installing a patio above it.
They also located and dug out the main water supply shutoff at the street so the valve inside the house could be removed. Replaced the valve using a push-fit  fitting vice solder.  No issues so far.  
Overall they did the did the specified work for the agreed to price and I have been satisfied with the results.

"**To everyone** This is the plumber you want to call !!! Typical FANTASTIC service call from "Knock You Plumb Out Plumbing". Our family was dead in the water, plumbing wise. We could not flush a toilet. Water was rising everywhere and all drains were gurgling. John Harris (owner), and a 2-man crew arrived 30 minutes after I sent a "Help!" E-mail to him. I could not believe he got to my home so quickly. John and his crew went to work diagnosing the problem. John started removing the plug on one end of my sewer system and found that my entire sewer system was under tremendous pressure due to all of the plunging I was doing. Before he started taking any more pipes apart in the basement, he asked if I had a septic system. I told him that I did and he said that my septic tank was probably full. John went out back, took the lid off of my septic system and found that the tank was almost completely full! Thanks to John, I then knew what the problem was and it was an easy fix. I had a septic cleaning company come out within a couple hours, and my house was back to normal. Thanks again John. This was the second time in 3 months he helped me out and I could not be happier. This guy is my only plumber?forever!
