"People don’t plan to have their water pipe burst. Seeing as it was -10 degrees today it’s no surprise ours did, despite every effort to make sure the water in the pipes were moving. He was excellent! Knowing mine wasn’t the only pipe that burst, during this weather, I had no idea what their availability was. In spite of many similar issues, he made sure his guys could come over this afternoon. He was concerned about me having to wait for a water mitigation crew to come out and said he could take care of that too. Unfortunately, we’d already booked one with our insurance, who are coming out tomorrow. The guys came and they were WONDERFUL!!!! They went right to work, cutting open the drywall surrounding the bursted pipe. Took pictures for me so I could send it to my insurance company and fixed it in no time. They were perfect gentlemen. It didn’t take long to see how kind, down to earth, professional and mindful of my concerns. Ya know how uncomfortable it can be not knowing who is coming in your home. I felt so comfortable with them. Wound up joking around with them as though I’d known them for years. The two guys who came were Ivan Perez and E’Nedino Diaz. Not only did they fix the reason for which they came, they even fixed a few issues we had in our upstairs bathroom. They did so professionally and efficiently. I would have no hesitation recommending them to others. To me they were angels with their wings and halo’s hidden. ?"
