"I just had a deep cleaning performed by Matt, Jay, Julius and all I can say is wow! Those guys worked very hard and diligent to ensure my system was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. They even repaired one of my vents. They communicated throughout the day of progress and recommendations. They showed me pictures throughout the day not just at the end. I just completed a 2 year house renovation so I knew ducts needed to be cleaned but it was proven that previous owners did not maintain the cleanliness of the system. These guys are awesome and I will definitely be using them for sanitation and maintenance cleaning going forward. Great customer service and job more than well done. Highly recommended."

"It started off with requesting a quote through Best Air Quality and Restoration. The response time was great. The technician who showed up informed us in advance of his arrival, was very polite, followed Covid-19 safety protocols, was very thorough and did a great job. I also got the dryer vent cleaning which was the complete deal (going to the attic, removing the vent pipe and cleaning the debris). Some other companies claim they do dryer vent cleaning but only vacuum the dryer duct and do not perform the complete dryer vent cleaning which is more involved. "**3 Stars** I hired Karla for a one-time move-in/move-out cleaning for a 1,000 sq. ft. home. The place was almost completely empty, and the total was $250. On the positive side, Karla was excellent to deal with. She gave a same-day quote, was very responsive, and arrived right on time. She is incredibly friendly and professional in her communication. However, the cleaning itself lacked the detail needed for a move-out. Despite the house being almost empty, she was only there for about 2.5 hours, and I ended up spending an additional 3 hours cleaning after her to get the place tenant-ready. I specifically asked for the walls to be a focal point, but I had to scrub them myself, along with the baseboards and grime around the doorframes and windows. She did forget the cabinets initially, though she came back to finish them once I called. I think Karla would be excellent for standard maintenance cleaning, but for a deep move-in dive on an almost empty home, I expected more."
