I asked four different contractors to submit quotes for the job and Paul came back with a price at or below the others, but quoted premium insulated vinyl siding where as the others quoted regular siding. Paul's team, Mr. Jung and Alex are tireless workers, even working weekends when weather took the weekdays away. The previous owners had new siding put on as a part of "flipping" the house 5 years ago. However, the contractors they hired did not repair the rotted out, molded, and left holes everywhere. They also failed to add house wrap, which created an even more hazardous living condition for my family. Paul's team used over 70 pieces of plywood to fix the house and never once complained about the extra work. They made sure things were done right for us. 10 stars for Innovative! "From pre-sales through signing the certificate of completion, Presidential Exteriors provided first rate, professional, courteous, and friendly service. The new windows and doors work flawlessly, look fantastic, and have cut outside noise too boot. The new siding and trim work look fantastic. My only critique was the clean up on the windows and doors job could have been a lot better. Keeping in mind everyone has an off day, that won't stop me from inquiring about having my vinyl shutters replaced to match the new doors. How did I not notice think of them before?"
