In addition, he under estimated materials needed to complete the work as well as while excavating the area, my sprinkler system was damaged. I had to advise him to come back and complete compaction of fill dirt. After compaction you were able to see that the site was clearly not leveled. I had to bring in more fill dirt to accommodate for this. I paid him anyway because his effort was good, but after payment he never followed up with me. It's like once he was paid then you never hear from him!"
