"A.R. was very efficient and actually remembered that he had done this gas fireplace install about 5 yr ago. We have only been in the home a few months so it was especially fortunate to have the installer here doing the cleaning and check up. "It was a two person crew.  They were polite and went right to work.  The cleaning portion went off without a hitch.  When it came to doing the chimney inspection, they said they couldn't do it.  While my house is two stories, they considered my chimney a 3 story chimney and didn't have ladders high enough to reach.  So no inspection.
