Win was prompt. Found the leak quickly. Explained what had to be clearly and with our approval solved the problem. Now waiting for an estimate of additional projects. Will recommend him highly to my friends and continue to use him for any future plumbing needs. He was great.

Came out promptly on a Sunday. Gave a firm estimate. Started the work right away. No extra charges for unforseen snags. Communicated clearly and straightforwardly what was going on, what needed to be done, how it would be done, how long it would take, etc. Keep in touch throughout the 2 1/2 days the work took. Was very respectful of my property. Worked diligently. Cleaned up and cleared out without any issues. Absolutely first rate.

When I found I needed to replace my Sewer line I got three quotes. Wayne was the 4th and best. Just in talking with him I knew he'd done this many times before. He came out. took a look and came up with an innovative way to replace the line without destroying the bathroom or exterior walkway. And for a price better than half of all the others! So he came in, did what he said he would do. I was impressed with his care for my property. He also found failings by previous plumbers and replaced that. So, I could not be more pleased. Quality work at the best price.

Wayne is a very professional, organized, articulate, and honest plumber. We recently hired him and his company to diagnose and repair a problem with our sewer main that several other plumbers had recently given up on. Keeping us informed throughout the entire process, Wayne identified the problem, cleaned out the system, and determined that major excavation was not necessary. He and his crew were able to complete the project for less than half what other proposals asked for. I have nothing but praise for Wayne and his company, H-Two-O, and unhesitatingly recommend him to anyone in need of major plumbing needs.

Wayne is honest, skilled, and thorough. We actually got more than we paid for when he noticed and fixed a plumbing mistake our contractor had made in addition to excavating and replacing our deteriorated pipe. H-TWO-O was great! They came out on a Sunday (in the rain) to give me a free estimate on a water main leak that was flooding my yard and my neighbors' yards. They gave me options for addressing the issue along with the pros and cons of each issue. When they came out to do the work, they were punctual and very professional. Fantastic and honest plumber that we'd happily hire again. They repaired a collapsed pipe under our basement floor and also patched the cement floor so it'd be ready for us to install new flooring. They gave us great tips on maintenance and ensured the pipe was free flowing well beyond the trouble point.

There aren't enough positive words to describe the help that Wayne have given my family. Not only was he prompt and professional, he was simply someone that I want to keep as my plumber for life. I had a situation where Verizon was the cause of damage to my sewer and he helped me in every way to make the claim that I was hesitant to make. I was not able to get the damages paid by Verizon for due to ridiculous statue of limitation clause but he was supportive through the entire cumbersome process. When the claim was settled he came out soon after to finish the job at a very affordable cost for the work. I would not hesitate to call him in the future for any future plumbing needs.
