"Fantastic service. This is the second time we've hired R & G Water Systems. Both times we had an issue in the middle of the night and they were able to send someone out first thing in the morning. "On a Friday night I did a wash and when the washing machine drained the downstairs toilet started overflowing. I stopped the wash and shut down the water to the toilet...and immediately went to Angie's to make a list for the next morning. I made calls to many available plumbers the next morning....most went to voice-mail. Fred answered his phone, and even though on a job told me he could come by around 3PM.....at 3pm he arrived with his helper. He explained to us exactly what he needed to do.....we were not surprised as we had this done before....he had to remove the toilet, rather than put the heavy snaking machine on our steep roof. We agreed. He did the work...checked to make sure everything was working and flowing..and replaced the toilet perfectly. He gave us advice as to how to prevent this from happening again.
