"Everything turned out well for the most part.  The scheduling was easy, they arrived on time, and they did a reasonably good job with the cleaning.  Unfortunately, the grout is quite old, so they weren't able to get it as clean as I would have liked.  They did send a supervisor over for a second attempt to get the grout a bit cleaner which I appreciated.  Additionally, the final price worked out to be much higher since I had more tile and grout than was covered in the deal.  Based on my calculations, the price in the deal was fifty cents per square foot, but the price for additional tile was approximately two dollars per square foot."

"so, so - i found places they missed dusting in multiple places; they broke my toilet paper holder and didn't even tell me (was present whole time and a supervisor even showed up); residue from the mop left dark water spots on the tile grout in kitchen, which made it look dirty. I also don't like when they move things to clean areas and do not put back ( i get that they may not remember exactly how it was/is, but in some instances they didn't make any effort"
