With a staff of approx. 70 we specialize in Residential Design, Construction, swimming pools, and all types of Landscape maintenance, Rhine has a talented team of Landscape Architects and designers that work hand in hand with completly in house, masons, carpenters, and craftsmen. Rhine also has a full staff of maintenance crews that do everything from lawn mowing, tree service, clean-ups, and seasonal flower packages. Additional address - PO Box 1825, Sykesville 21784.

"Jay Rhine's company has done work for me on two occasions. The specialized crews were exceptional energetic and upbeat despite the difficulties of getting in and out of the area. Communication with on-site crew leaders was great throughout. Project manager, Alvaro, coordinated crews superbly. Communication back to the company for all issues and concerns was handled and resolved promptly by the Project Manager, the owner, Jay, and Rhine front desk.
