Our recent experience with Pryor's Nursery was excellent. They were responsive and provided an estimate almost immediately, delivered and planted our trees expertly, and provided beautiful trees that were actually larger than we expected. They exceeded our expectations at every step.

The website is an evergreen resource rich with helpful videos and articles. The trees are absolutely beautiful, the tree planting service team is also top notch, professional, knowledgeable and fast. Was looking to plant a row of Thuja Green Giant arborvitae that were as tall as possible to replace a gap left by an old growth maple tree that died. Came across Pryor’s Nursery as one of the only places I could find that had trees over 10 ft. Really liked that the pricing was available right on the website, along with good information about the trees, spacing, etc. Pryor’s was great to work with too. The owner spent a good amount of time helping me with spacing and answering questions, the company was very responsive, the trees are beautiful, and the installation team did a wonderful job. Just wish I had more land so I could call on them again!

In my previous effort to build a living fence two of three trees died twice after 6 months! Wade Pryor’s installed five tall and very tall trees last Spring have survived nicely after the first year. I credit him for proper preparation of the holes, height of root ball and installation of drip irrigation system. He also gave detailed care and feeding instructions, including a reminder last fall and guidance to ensure their survival. I can highly recommended orking with Pryor’s Nursery

Perfect. The contractor did not damage any lawn surface even though they had to roll equipment to get to the planting site. Mr. Pryor is a very professional man and runs a very high quality business. Plus he grows much of his stock. If you wish you may pick out your actual plantings. Our plantings are beautiful and professionally planted.

Mr Pryor (himself) and his wonderful crew showed up on time and were so kind in explaining what they would be doing and when I came home my beautiful tree wall was complete!!! The trees are so healthy and exactly what the photos before delivery showed. Most amazing part was that when the crew left you couldn't tell they had ever been there except for the new tree wall. Price was competitive, but well worth it and the end product, ease of ordering, and past products that we have bought from Pryor's makes them our go-to tree service again and again! Many thanks!!!

The trees and the crew arrived at the appointed time. There were friendly, polite and obviously very competent. Their supervisor, Adam, was confident and ran the whole operation very well. They finished their work in approximately two hours, which is what they had predicted. The trees look great! We are very happy. The site was left spotless when they finished. It was a "class act."

Mr. Pryor's nursery always does an excellent job. We have used his trees for multiple yard living fences over the past 9 years and results are always superb. He planted leyland cypress in the rear and side of our home 9 years ago (including installing a drip irrigation system) and now the trees are 15-20 feet tall and look great as all the neighbors comment! He also planted a holly fence in another region of our backyard with similar beautiful results. Recently, we also asked him to plant a green giant living fence in another part of our property. He has also landscaped several garden beds with very pleasing results. He is very reliable and always returns quickly to address any questions or problems. Mr. Pryor is very knowledgeable in the care and upkeep of his plants, having taken many agricultural extension courses . His planting crews are also knowledgeable and very careful in completion of all work from planting, installing drip irrigation systems, developing garden beds, and pruning of trees and shrubs as they grow large. I recommend his tree nursery without any reservations.

They are very professional, reliable, and you always get more than what you pay. Wade, the owner, has a true passion for what he does and it shows through his work.

Great experience all around from scheulding to install. Our install date had to be pushed out due to March snow on the initial date and Pryor's was able to reschedule quickly.
The crew showed up on time and the three installers were all very polite and professional. I was shocked the trees were in such good condition given all the late season snow this year (very green and full). The crew did an excellent job and the site looks great.
I am happy I found Pryors website. Their prices are substantially cheaper than the retail nurseries in the Fairfax area and the install included mulch around the tree bases (was an extra cost at most other places I looked). I highly recommend you contact Pryors if you are looking for evergreens

Great service with a quality and health product.

They were very professional, fast and left the work area clean. I have been very pleased with their work and trees for many years. They are the only landscaping company I will use. The trees are of the highest quality and are locally grown which greatly increases their tolorance to our soil and weather, unlike companies that ship trees in from other areas of the country and get damaged along the way. You can even go to their 10 acre nursery/farm in Damascus to pick your own trees, if you like. They only sell evergreens/living fense Leyland Cypress, several varities of Hollies and a few other types of evergreens. They are perfect for privacy screening. However, they do no sell Christmas trees.

The company was great to work with. The delivery was prompt and they did a wonderful job. One of the trees died within a month and they quickly replaced it with a new one. Did a good job explaining to us how to take care of the trees.
