"Great experience! Rema, found the issue clogging the drain, a stone, informed me that the wrong size pipe was attached, and explained how the drain was getting clogged. He snaked it twice after removing the clog, ran the water to make sure it was clear and explained to me that the contractors that installed the pipes put them in a weird way with a lot of twist and turns. "Vince told me outdoor spigot could be repaired and did not need to be replaced which saved me money. He also replaced a vanity faucet which I provided. He was quick, efficient and honest. The most important thing was he discovered a serious problem with the way my water heater was vented. The exhaust pipe had been cut wrong and glued together. It was ready to come apart and could have vented carbon monoxide into the basement. (We do have CO detectors but this is still scary) We had this water heater installed a couple of years ago by another well known local firm that I don't know if I can name here. It did fail inspection by Howard County 3 times after initial install. Failure was all related to the vent and probably should have never passed. Anyway, by pure luck it was discovered and fixed.
